I am not happy with Arby's in Merritt Island at all. I ordered for my family for the first time online and modified the sauce, it said 1 I made it 0 and updated order. For some reason it did not update where I definitely put update when I modified to no sauce because sauce is nasty to me. I picked up my order and when I got home I found that my beef and cheddar had yucky sauce on it. I called the manager and reported it and he refused to replace my order, said online it didn't say no sauce. So I speak to his manager who was not there tomorrow.

You know what you'll get. If you like shaved roast beef, this is the place. Their tiny sliders are good for my lunch.
I just tried the new Waygu burger they promote. I used the Merritt Island Arby's. The line was short and moved fast. The young man that took my order was fast, helpful and easy to understand. When I pulled up to pick up he continued the same way. Good employee. I get the crinkle fries and they are better than 90% of the fries out there but maybe not the best ever. The burger I got may not have been made to order and was slightly over cooked. However, the toppings were applied well and not sloppy. The bread was fresh. The flavor of the whole thing was quite good. It was slightly below 5 Guys (my opinion) but better that any other fast food one I could think of at the time. Of course it's more expensive so that has an effect. Overall, I was happy enough with the meal and would buy one again. I might go inside and ask for fresh cooked.
My area Arby's just ripped me off, because obviously I'm not driving all the way back through traffic to hand you your food back. Order total was $37! Ordered 2 chicken, bacon, swiss and got home to find 2 thin, crispy and basic chicken sandwiches on old bread.If you're going to raise the prices sky high, get the food correct! I went inside instead of using the drive thru just to make sure my order was all there. Guess I needed to stand there and open the wrappers! Angry because though we got other items, I only went there for the chicken, bacon, swiss sandwiches. Big price discrepancy between what I got and what I ordered too. Is this the new Arby's scam? Got me once, but you won't get me again!And of course they do not answer the phone. No other way to reach Arby's, so here's your review.
