These pretzels are so good. They are the best I've ever had. It only takes a few minutes to make them fresh, and the wait is worth it. Please support this business; my family will be devastated if they close. Park near the margarita island and walk straight into the mall for the closest access.

Our pretzel dogs were cold and we went back up there to let them know and we asked them if they could just heat them back up and the manager was so mad and throwing a fit in the background and instead of heating them up, he goes up to my daughter and says here’s your money back and walks

Decided to stop by after walking past and being mesmerized by the smell lol… they were quick to say hello and gave Me a moment to look at the menu choices. I ended up getting the salted pretzel bites with cheddar cheese (they also have nacho cheese). Sooooo delicious literally melts in Your mouth lol craving definitely satisfied ??❤️ also got a lemonade which was delicious as well thanks for the great experience!

GREASE FILLED PRETZELSAfter receiving my pretzel bites almost all of them were filled with grease. Every bite I took grease was oozing everywhere. Would not recommend.

Every flavor I've tried has been delicious, but I'm especially partial to their pepperoni pretzels (as a whole or in bite-sized form) dipped in marinara sauce, as well as their sour cream and onion flavor.Say goodbye to stale, dry, bready pretzels. These are warm, fresh, fluffy, and satisfying. The flavoring is balanced well with the bread--the garlic isn't too pungent, the cheese doesn't taste processed, and so on. Even the dipping sauces taste amazing!While the pretzels are the perfect serving size for one person, it's fun to split them (and the price) with a friend. If you find yourself in an all-day shopping spree at the mall and are looking for a snack to put a little pep back in your step, don't overlook Pretzel Twister.

They're pretzels are always hot, soft, and delicious. The only reason they aren't 5 stars is its a bit pricy for pretzels. But that doesn't stop me from going there every once in awhile.The staff is also very courteous and professional.

This place is my absolute favorite. The pretzels and the lemonade are great. I've been coming here since I was a kid like 8 years old? And it was next to the doors by JCPENNEY I'm 23 now I still love it ? I also miss the crepe place they had sadly that place closed.

I bought a pretzel today while I was in the Merritt Island Square, Mall, as I left the mall I took a bite of my cinnamon pretzel and there was a long hair cooked inside of it. This was so disgusting I almost threw up! I tried calling them and it keep going to an answering machine
