I ordered take out and I either got the wrong order given to me or they made it wrong the wings were absolutely disgusting and the Fry's were not cooked all the way. Threw all the food in the garbage ??

This place is horrible we had a waiter named niko from the minute we sat down we ordered glasses or water and we waited for about 20 mins and still haven’t received it even after an appetizer and alcoholic beverage. Our appetizer was brought out by a girl from the kitchen with a bad attitude just dropped it on our table and walked out. Our entrees came out and we still didn’t have our water and our other alcoholic drink and he didn’t come to check how everything came out. ??♀️ After we finished eating we asked for a to go box and Nico was behind the bar having a Red Bull drink and refilling empty bottles of purée and we didn’t even get to take our meals we just paid and left. But overall the food was great but our waiter was horrible and his service was very slow paced. ??

I had to wait almost 45 minutes to receive my food after ordering and an additional amount of unnecessary time to receive my check. So much so that the customers next to me actually commented on the delay. My waitress was very nice but inattentive when it came to replenishing my drink. My food was good and came out hot. I just wish I didn't have so long of a wait between my food and my appetizer. I would not go back as there are other restaurants to try in the area.

Service was slow at the beginning. The chips weren't warm. My son's hamburger with 1 extra meat was overcooked, and my food was returnedThe manager replaced my order, and it looked great. But they put ranch dressing on my cascades. The meal was returned again. The manager was kinda upset that my meal was made wrong. For the second time.We order our food around 9. Business wasn't busy. I just feel that after rush hour, everything was rushed, or the cook just didn't care or was burnt out for the evening.We've eaten at chili's for years. This was our worst experience.The cook should take pride in cooking the food they serve.Busy or slow.
