These reviews must be fake. Hidden gem? More like hidden sewage problems. It smells like a busted septic tank in there. Service is bad, atmosphere is cheesy, food is overpriced and the owners are pretentious. Bad taste all around.

Had an awesome experience tonight at the Corner Bistro! It was my first time going ... and everything was made from scratch! We were fortunate enough to have the owner himself cook for us! I asked for low carbs and he modified everything to accommodate me! The food was delicious! Had tomato basil soup (which he does not add sugar to!,) an Italian dressing house salad, grilled buffalo chicken bites, and grilled chicken Parmesan over spaghetti squash! It was soooo delicious! We will definitely be regulars!

Anna is fantastic! Food is perfection. They are just getting started so expect incredible things from this place. The brisket melted in my mouth! Slow and Low! Chicken tenders are freshly cut, dipped and deep fried. Sweet tea fantastic! Freshly made Pico. I hope they get the word out because his attention to detail in the cooking will take him far!

These jackasses decided to close early one night when my wife and I wanted to eat there. Their excuse was, "Well, for a small business, we have to control costs..." The two people working that night with no customers were a cost. I drove past there at 7:30 tonight and there were no customers. Hopefully soon, they will be permanently closed.

Went for brunch and was amazed at the prices and food. I love quiche and was thrilled to see there was even a quiche of the day! The bottomless mimosas had several flavors and the staff and owner were so much fun! The view isn't anything spectacular, but it was clean and quick. A surprise find that will have me going back again for sure!

Corner Bistro was an average restaurant. Their service was nice, but the drinks and food were not meeting the price charged.
The biggest and best burger I've had in a very long time. Their fries are to die for. Jason, the owner, always makes you feel welcome. I enjoy the atmosphere of a small and local bistro. You can actually sit and have a conversation. Their black and blue salad is also delicious.

I have been surprised over and over again. This is a hidden gem in Merritt Island. The food is just delicious. The owners are friendly, knowledgeable and the cook is outstanding. Cant wait to eat there again. It has become one of my favorite places to eat.

first time in and can't wait to be back! Jason took wonderful care of us & the food was amazing! the pizza roll appetizer was absolutely amazing as well as the sloppy joe, open-face turkey sandwich - fries. truly, super satisfied with every bit of our experience and can't wait to come back!

Just had a simple lunch but the food was amazing. French dip sliders with homemade smoked beef, Reuben sandwiches, etc... if I lived in FL I'd def make it a dinner destination. Super friendly service as well.
