Ordered a quick bite after a long day for delivery. One Italian sub, one steak sub. Arrived timely, both nice and hot. The steak and cheese sub literally had no noticeable meat nor mushrooms. I really had to laugh because it was unbelievable. Sub sides (chopped tomatoes, banana peppers and lettuce) were the best thing about it. Italian sub was doable. C’mon when you pay for a sub at least put some meat and mushrooms on it!!

Whosoever they have delivering their food, they need to get rid of that person. I ordered my food at 8pm and at 9pm it said delivered and 10pm I still haven’t received my order. Called the store and they did not answer my call. Called their corporate office and they gave me the run around about how much they can’t help me. I’ve ordered from hungry howie’s before, but never this location and I’ll never do it again. It’s 0/10 don’t recommend.

I ordered at 8:51. Y'all had marked my order delivered at 9:23. Y'all then sent a DOORDASHER to deliver my order. I attempted to call the store twice. No answer. My order wasn't delivered until 9:40. This is why I don't normally order Hungry Howie's. Y'all are lazy and unprofessional. If you're not going to deliver it yourselves and then not let the customer know that, you really shouldn't be trying to offer online ordering. The doordasher had no idea how to get in the gate, no way to contact me because I ordered thru y'all's website.

Went to the store for pickup order was wrong called tried to see if they would fix it the owner's wife told me oh well sorry can't help you what a bad server experience I will never return and I hope nobody ever goes

The delivery guy rode around with our Pizza for 2 hours. It showed up ice-cold half our order missing. Several attempts to correct this have been made. The manager is absolutely rude. This location is unprofessional

I have had nothing but great experience at this hungry. Young lady that always waits on me is always very helpful. I haven't gotten a lot of food to take out but the pizzas have been great

I ordered tonight on the app. App stated 40 minute delivery time. My order was placed at 6:20pm. I was expecting it around 7pm. At 6:48pm I recurve a text stating door dash would be delivering around 7:18pm. While the Howie tracker said 7:14pm. As I checked the door dash tracker it showed the driver had another stop ahead of mine. Where the driver was shown on the map for more than 10 minutes at that stop. I called the store to enquire on my food. A manager by the name of Elizabeth (which spoke to me very risky! ) told me my food was on its way, they're busy, and had to call doordash to deliver my food. Which the driver took 2 off their orders at that time. She did not try to make things right,but said the next time i order shell take a percentage off. She blamed everything on corporate and said she'd let them know my concerns. My food was not delivered until 7:38pm. We sat down to eat our food and the sub I ordered was so soggy I had to eat the toppings out of it because the crust was uneatable, one of the other subs had no sub kit, and neither had mayo. Do NOT order from here!
