The hours of operation are posted as opening at 5am which is not the case! Went through drive thru about 5:05am and sat for about 10 minutes, attempted to get the attention of an employee and nothing. When I drove past the windows there were employees inside. Not sure what the hours are, but they need to change their advertising bc they clearly aren’t open at 5-5:30am.

I ordered a black coffee and got one with milk and enough sugar to kill a person.If you speak Spanish, you'll be fine.Bunch of young kids having out inside like their parents worked there or something.The girl couldn't figure out what my change should be from a $20.00 bill.I helped her as best as I could.She was kind.

I was walking through the area and stopped to take my son to play in the playground, but it was out of service. Luckily, there is a small park next door. We bought something to eat. The employees are very attentive and offered me to use a promotion to get some free food. The place is very well attended and clean. I hope they have the children's area available again...

I paid $16 for a double quarter pounder with bacon, insanely overpriced burger if you ask me. But whatever I'll pay. But then they messed up the order on top of that? I received a regular burger with only cheese and ketchup on it. Very disappointing, I haven't eaten all day and I was looking Forward to my dinner.
This was a better than average McDonald's. The people were friendly. The food was packed with a cold drink. ?

My 3yr old son had received a gift card to McDonald’s for Christmas and of course with out me knowing he got ahold of it and bent it to where it was to damaged to use and read(it was a paper card).. they informed me in the drive thru that they couldn’t take it it’s to damaged but that the supervisor could possibly help me, so I just parked and went in to get it resolved.. the manager said she didn’t think they could do anything that I should call the number on the back of the card .. when I did I got an automated machine and did not get an option to resolve my issue. It was pretty much just to check the balance of the card so the supervisor heard my situation and took the card to try to call himself; mean while the manager Latricia asked me what my order was , I told her and she said I got it and took care of my order! As if that wasn’t a blessing enough the supervisor Darrell who realized the number on the back of the card was no help he pulled out a 20$ bill out of his own pocket and asked Latricia to just get me a New Gift Card! Their customer service was Beyond amazing and they went over and beyond to Satisfy a customer. I told them both they didn’t have to do that, and Darrell insisted due to not being able to resolve my issue. So my son and I left with a free meal and a brand new gift card !! Being a single mom little things like that means the world and are unforgettable!! Thank you Darrell and Latricia for going beyond your duties to help and take care of my son and I!! We appreciate you!!

Each time my husband and I go (which is super rare) they always are closed (during normal business hours) a few weeks ago I placed an online order for 9pm pickup. They told us they were out of tea because “they were about to close”??? Per my experience it only takes about 5 minutes to brew a new batch of tea. This morning we were wanting some breakfast, we checked that they were open and when we got there all the lights were off and the drive through screens were off?? Like excuse me ma’am yall have been “open” for 45 minutes. Super inconsistent and inconvenient
