Never again. 3rd party ordering and 3rd party delivery. Almost $40.00 for 2 pizzas plus a $6.00 tip. And when you try to find out what's going on with your order you find out it's done and picked up in 15 minutes but takes 40mins to get to you. They have no driver it all goes through door dash. Was very disappointed. The food was good for pizza. But everything else was just not worth it.

Worst papa John location ever. If you order delivery, and they don’t like where you live or if and how much you tip, they will cherry pick and send your order to DoorDash to deliver. If you order for pick up, be sure not to have to go to the restroom because they won’t allow anyone to use their facilities. Just be a patron somewhere else where they actually value your business and/or your help.

For over an hour we were trying to order online and redeem some gift cards to save us some money. Nothing worked. Tried going to the Papa Murphy’s in Cocoa and had outrageously horrible customer service. Basically telling me they couldn’t help me with my gift cards and I would have to come back tomorrow!?!?! Called the Merritt Island location and Noah already was 1000x better customer service. Told me we could come in and they would help us out OR call a number to help with online services! Couldn’t have the employees in Cocoa tell me that?!? Anyway, I was very grateful to Noah. The customer service call didn’t end up helping but I went into Merritt Island and they were busy! I mean it is Friday night right at dinner time and yet, they were all still really kind, patient, and super helpful. Zynia very patiently took my order and Susan worked it out to get the deal we originally had and helped us to use our gift cards! Then on top of that they tell me they can have my pizzas ready in 15 minutes!!! I can’t say enough about how great these employees customer service was!! Had to come on here and give them a huge shout out!

Completely screwed the pooch when they charged me $15.00 for a plain Papadia when it was a build your own deal with chicken. Who orders a plain one? Brain dead employee didn’t even bother to confirm the order which she questioned as she prepared it. My advice is to find a place that can fulfill an order correctly. $ 5.00 for plain dough, $5.00 for a bag of chips and $5.00 for a soda.TOTAL RIP-OFF with absolutely no regard for the customer.
