These folks with the Rockets Pizza Hut are phenomenal. The manager there Laura is exceptional and most of the employees that I've met her in counted are above standards that you would expect at a quick food pizza shop.

Awful. They called to say they “dropped my pizza” and were making a new one. They couldn’t even put sauce on it, when I originally asked for EXTRA sauce. They gave me a “free pizza”, but require you spend $10 or more to get it delivered. I understand things happen, but Jesus. This is insane. Not one drop of sauce on it at all.

Totally sucks. Literally NO sauce on the pizza at all, when I ordered EXTRA sauce. Get a "free pizza" from them, but have to spend $10 or more to get it delivered even though they jacked it up. Totally terrible.

Never again. Do not get the chicken Cesar salad. Not unless you have a rabbit to feed. A ten dollar tip for a $28 bill. You get 8 croutons a head of lettuce and not sure if the 4 pieces of shredded white stuff is meat or cheese. The pizza was ok. Delivery took over hour. First and last time at this location.

Ordered from this store for the first time tonight.... ordering was a bit snafu but that was because of the app... called the store and it was no problem. Got my food and got home! Opened the pizza box and it was the absolute best portioned pizza I have ever got from Pizza Hut, and I have ordered for years from other locations... I saw a 2.5 rating for this store. I don't understand how unless people are rating them against local pizzerias. Put up against other chain stores, including many other Pizza Huts, the quality delivered far surpasses... I am quite happy with the quality. Every slice had cheese, not excessive as I didn't order extra, but at least the slices were covered... the chicken half had equal amounts of chicken on each slice, something that usually does not happen at Pizza Hut... I would definitely recommend this location

Called four times. Rang until it hung up. No one answered.
I ordered 3 pizzas tonight and everyone of them were not cooked good at all. There were places that the dough was still raw. I spent $35 on pizza that went in the trash. On top of that, my son went to pick up the pizza for this so called contactless pick up and the person that came out asked my son how do you want to give a tip, on the card or cash. My son being young gave him a cash tip because he asked for a tip. I will never go to this Pizza Hut ever again.

I ordered my son a pizza while working late. When I got home 2 hours later, the pizza had never been delivered. Called them, they said it had been even though the delivery tracker said it was still on it’s way. Finally the manager said he would make me another pizza. So I got my overpriced pizza at almost 11 at night. My son was already asleep by then. Not so much as an apology.
