Went back today, only to find the drive thru packed. The inside restaurant was closed. I sat in my car for a long time like the other people. I ordered and finally picked up my order. The people working had a great attitude and worked hard to keep the orders flowing. ? The lady in the window was very nice and positive. Food was good to.
“Manager” conducting interviews slammed door in my face and wouldn’t allow me to pick up my food… that was placed for a pick up order! Worst Popeyes ever definitely due to the staff.

Closed 2 1/2 hrs early and left there Uber eats app on so they kept wasting drivers time and gas .. get it together Popeyes . If your a Uber eats or DoorDash driver do NOT except any orders from here . They pretty much do whatever they want . It’ll be a waste of your energy.

They were out of chicken when we came and the staff was cursing like banshees loudly. We walked in and out due to how uncomfortable and gross it felt. If I could rank this restaurant 0 stars I would. Parking lot is also a disaster. Don't stop here.

My order was wrong. I aid extra for Mac and cheese as my side but got fries. I also asked for sauce but didn't get any. I pulled back in the parking lot to go inside to get the right order but all the doors were locked. It was 11:30 AM.I didn't have time to wait in the slow drive thru lane again so I hate the Luke warm fries which may have been delicious if they were hot.

Really friendly counter service. Like a lot of other restaurants, staffing levels made facility and product quality a "B minus".However, I'll definitely be back to try that signature fried chicken flavor again.

I visited this place several times, those times I ordered my order to go. The attention from the employees is good, the waiting time is a bit long perhaps because of how busy the restaurant is. I recommend that you place the order through the application and that way when you arrive your order will be ready. The restaurant is clean and everything in its place. I haven't seen many people eating in the restaurant, but I have seen many placing orders in the car area.
Stay away from the wings! I ordered 24 of them a couple of days ago for delivery: 12 "honey barbecue" and 12 "roasted garlic parmesan". All 24 of them arrived as breaded, very spicy (hot) wings, borderline inedible hot. Each set was apparently squirted with a sauce after cooking, which streaked across the cooked wings and also pooled in the bottom of the takeout container. The barbecue sauce tasted like barbecue sauce, but the hot spice of whatever the wings had been marinated and/or cooked in easily overpowered it. The garlic parmesan tasted like neither, and it was just a set of very hot wings. I tried calling the manager to discuss whether I had just been delivered a mistake (someone cooking "signature hot" wings and trying to pass them off as what I ordered), but no one answered the phone at the restaurant in Merritt Island. The phone just rang and rang with no answer. I love the fried chicken and biscuits at this restaurant, and decided to be adventurous and try the new wings. A big mistake! But at least I hopefully saved you from making the same mistake I did.

The worse Popeyes location ever due to the management or lack of one. Amanda is a lead who pretends she’s a manager but she can’t do her job much less manage anyone else. This location is always horrible! Customer service not at all. Your store does not care about the cunstomers and you’re nasty mean to the ones that do come like your the god of chicken. KFC is about to out you out of business

Bought a small red beans and rice and was less than half full. Literally 3 bites for almost $5. I am so angry. I work hard for my money to be ripped off like this. And very disappointed. I will not order food from this store again, if they are going to rip off their customers. The only reason I gave one star is because I liked the wings. Sad............
