I went out of my way to get an iced latte, a small bottle of prosecco and dessert. There was one family in the corner. I went up to the counter. No one greeted me. I waited figuring they were busy. They ignored me. There were no other customers aside from the family in the corner. I continued to wait. They started to do inventory and continued to ignore me. I finally left. I don't understand. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I'm puzzled by the ratings because this bakery deserves close to 5 stars. The pastries were excellent—among the best I’ve tasted, though not the absolute best. The flavors were well-balanced, and the textures were perfect, offering a delightful eating experience. If I were to suggest any improvements, it might be to offer a wider variety of pastries or to enhance the presentation, which was simple but could be elevated to match the quality of the food. Overall, a highly recommended spot for pastry lovers.

This is probably one of the best bakeries on south beach. The staff is very friendly and hospitable. They also speak 3-4 languages, Spanish , Italian , Portuguese and English. Highly recommend this place!

Had a latte with almond milk and vanilla syrup. The coffee was burnt and was so piping hot that I couldn’t drink it for 5 mins.
Very cute place, the vibe is so perfect and the workers are super nice and they have great pastries and ice cream 10/10 would definitely go again.??
