As me and my family entered the dinner, I felt racial profiled as a African American male. A waitress sat us at a table but took over 10 mins to ask what we wanted to drink or eat, the entire staff was constantly staring at us. Also, the waitress we first had didn’t want to serve us and handed us off to someone else….According to the city of Miami, “ The City forbids discrimination against anyone on the basis of race, color, religious or family status, sex, national origin, age, disability or any other protected class and commits to take all steps necessary to prevent discrimination and ensure nondiscrimination in all programs, services and activities affiliated with the City.” I think the owner should look into the Florida Civil Rights Act of 1992 law and put something in place.I really hope they can fix this issue.Thank you much

I didn’t feel racially excepted, When my family entered the restaurant we felt uncomfortable about the reaction to our dining there. We feel violated about being over charged for a tip under the assumption that black people don’t tip. I felt profiled and stereotyped and will never feel comfortable eating there.
