Should have read the reviews, showed up well before they should’ve been closing and they had started closing procedures at least 30 minutes before I showed up. It’s like they never want to be open, or work you decide.

The ice cream at this Baskin Robbins was stale and gummy. In my entire life of Baskin Robbins I have not had such gross ice cream. I ordered two 24oz and they are going right into the garbage.

On 02/03/2023 we arrived at 715pm to get ice cream. Store was scheduled to close at 8pm. Two younger male employees told us we couldn't buy ice cream because they needed to be cleaned up by 8pm. We walked 8 blocks to get here. My 4 and 6 year olds were devastated. All we wanted was two one scoop cones. The one male employee told us his supervisor was aware they weren't serving ice cream after 7pm

Not at all impressed with this location, sadly. I dread giving bad reviews and even more so if they reach one star. However, this location qualifies, dropped to zero stars if you arrive 1-2 hours before closing. We arrived with just over 40 minutes before they close (7:11pm arrival, closing at 8:00om). The store was in shambles with trash and dirt all over the floor, on the tables, and in the corners. Tables unclean.No employees to welcome you as you come in, nor do they come out for many minutes. One gentleman in front of us eventually walked out after waiting for someone to come to the counter. He said that they seem to be out of everything anyway. There was no error in his observations. They have hardly anything on the shelves (90% empty). The ice cream section was completely empty. Eventually, the employees come out and tell you they don't have anything. That they were gutting and cleaning everything. I understand that preparations to close are needed, but doesn't that happen when the doors are locked? What about those walking in within that last hour of business hours? They get to watch everything get broken down as they are turned away to take their business elsewhere? The whole experience was quite odd and disturbing. It looked as though the store hadn't been cleaned all day. Even if the food was available, I doubt I would have eaten anything. Maybe they should work harder at cleaning the restaurant and maybe consider closing at 7pm instead of 8pm if they can't offer anything within that hour. Maybe management is t giving staff enough time to clean and close the location.

They dont even give free ice cream samples and the ice cream scoop I bought was completely freezer-burnt.
