This hunk of a manager treated my friends and I with both the prestige of royalty and the humanity of best friends. This is the worst location for BurgerFi. Sticky floors, soggy fries, the sodas were flat ( I tried 3 different flavors) there was no AC. I asked for the refund on the soda and the fries and they gave it to me, but that's not the point. Staff was nice though, very respectful and patient. It would have been better just to stop by McDonald's to have a happy meal drive through. Just saying.

Mediocre service, pricey, and weird vibe in the restaurant. Staff was checked and over it. The AC was also definitely off, which did not make for a great dining experience while it's 97 degrees outside. Wouldn't really recommend this location unless you're doing take out.

Horrible place to visit the staff is rude the cooks dont hair nets i order 2 burgers and bottle of water and onion rings with extra sauce i didn't get my extra sauce or water then. I asked to buy a fountain drink and the cashier told me it didnt work but the customer before order one just fine. Then she said it's not cheaper to get a fountain drink, im a paying customer just do you job with a smile and move on she was rude when i asked for my sauce i asked for. The floor were sticky the tables where dirty DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE thie located gives the brand a bad name. I know some business were able to make to thought covid and reopen this is one that should have never made it should have never reopened their doors. Waste of time horrible service. Im not wanting a refund i want people to not be fooled and just stay away here this store. And the rude cashier had her shirt on inside out.

Had a lovely experience at this location. They catered to me well especially Abby (very sweet young woman ). The burger was well made and I liked the toppings. Amazing staff big fan shoutout !!! My friend and I enjoyed the experience here. Will come again

One of the best burgers I had in a while! The taste of the meat is outstanding ?. The cashier in the front was so nice. I believe her name was “big thingz” she was so patient and marvelous. she deserves a raise !.
The hospitality was the worst ever had! He didn’t look at as just ignored like we weren’t there. When we asked about something this person only pointed with his eyes. I’ll never come back again! So bad energy the burger was ok the fries potatoes hideous the color was almost black. (This person was who took our order Sunday at 5.30 pm) so rude

Bad, dirty, staff are rude, slow, hamburger is not good at all. Quality is definitely cheap, the hamburger is bad cooking. The potatoes burned out and raw inside. The place is dirty with broken and dirty bathroom. I haven't been there in two years, and I'll never go back, I paid three burgers and three potatoes $50.

I can only echo the bad reviews. DO NOT GO HERE. Only enjoyable if you want blasting rap music, cold burgers & fries and warm drinks. This experience encouraged me to leave this as my first review ever. Highly encourage management to take a good hard look!

Food is decent but the customer service performed by the cashiers is absolutely appalling. Men have long hair but aren't wearing hair nets, they are extremely slow moving and don't know how to follow orders accurately. I think the issue is training. Don't let something controllable like that mess up the business image... that's my advice to the management of this branch.
