I stopped here with a friend after our 5k, Dreamer was at the end of our route. Drinks were delicious and refreshing! Bethany did an AMAZING job managing the register while making drinks. It was super busy, and I didn’t see her stop moving once, all with a smile! Thanks, Bethany!!

Ridiculous price for bland, low effort, lifeless refrigerated food. Nothing tasted like it was prepared fresh. A real let down. Avoid.

The absolute worst bagel & boba tea I’ve ever had. The boba tea had like four pieces of boba and barely any flavor. The bagel was stale and lacked cream cheese. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom & the cashier was not very pleasant. If i could request my money back i would. Please take time to pay attention to your business before it goes out of business.

Ok this is my first visit to Miami Beach and i have traveled the world. i wanted a fresh juice so i stopped here. the male employee could barely communicate. we order three juices and were told nothing would be fresh that it was previously pressed and stored in containers but it was made earlier . he then proceeded to pour quantities of different juice into each 8 ounce plastic jar. i order a juice with beet so i was waiting for the red. he then walks to the counter and i said where is the beet, he was confused. after explaining "Beet" is red where is the red. he got then he forgot. he then proceeded to pour some of the juice down the drain to make room for the beet. after three explanations i told him i would drink a little and he could add the beet, he then handed me the jar and i took sip, the juice with beyond fermented. it went downhill from there. He then proceeded to make us smoothies, another 15 minutes which was equally painful to watch. I ordered the Matcha Ceremonial smoothie which i needed at this point. It was suppose to be green, it came out brown, his response, that's the strawberries, this place is the worst ever don't go there it sucks !

This place is tiny, but cute to take Instagram pics in because of its flamingo wallpaper! They have a big variety of jiices, smoothies & healthy food. My usual is the avocado toast on olive bread with salmon if you get this, make sure to tell them not too much crushed red pepper because they will drown it! Lol. FYI ( service) THEY INCLUDE AN 18% TIP WHETHER YOU DINE IN OR OUT SO BE AWARE OF THAT! I personally think this place is way too over priced, but it's fun to stop in, every once in a while.

AMAZING! Loved it! Had some absolutely lovey decor and a giant stack of their cups! Must see for yourself! However it was a bit pricey.

it sucks because i love the decor and the boba, and i was always willing to spend a few more bucks for the vibes it gives, the aesthetic. ive given this multiple chances and idk if it’s because i’m just not from the area and I am suuuuuuper friendly and nice but these ppl are so mean and the attitude is very hostile, if you ask them for tasty recommendation they look @ you like your crazy for asking. idk just over priced boba and attitude IN THIS ECONOMY… isn’t it. 1800 boba is cuter and waaaay nicer ppl working + 1000% cheaper

I’m not one to give reviews, but I really didn’t like this place. If you want some artificial looking and tasting açaí bowl then this is your spot. I can’t begin to describe to you how terrible it was, not to mention the price. I paid $19 for an açaí bowl with only 3 toppings. I was actually feeling optimistic about this place because the pictures looked good, but I was definitely disappointed. The worker, poor guy looked like he didn’t even want to be there and I don’t blame him. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place for someone who wants a good tasting açaí bowl, I can’t speak for the other items on the menu.

We decided to go to this café with my boyfriend because the café we were planning to go nearby was closed. This café is not a dream at all. It is a nightmare for customers. The juice taste like cheap tropical juice from supermarket. It’s overpriced. 16 dollars for a tiny bottle. I was expecting for this price an other type of juice. Moreover, the service is extremely bad. In a nutshell, you have the impression you are disturbing the staff when you are ordering. We asked our drinks to consume at the café. We got a take away format for the drinks. Despite the fact that we were the only one in the café, I had to ask twice for tap water. I had the impression to disturb the waitress that was in a conversion with her colleague. Then, there is a code to get to the restrooms. The code didn’t work at the beginning, I had to ask three times the waitress to help me to open the door. At the beginning it didn’t work even with her, so she told me firstly I couldn’t use the bathroom, Finally it worked by chance. Until now, I always experienced an excellent service un Miami. This place is a disaster : overpriced and bad service. Just avoid it and go to an other café in the corner. I am sure it will be better and you will invest much better the money in the local economy and for some people dedicated to provide a good service to customers.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS OVERPRICED, UTTERLY PUKEY JOINT. IT OUGHT TO BE NICE, IT'S BEACHY PRETTY, BUT THE FOOD IS WORTH 1/4 OF WHAT'S CHARGES FOR IT (IF THAT) LIKE $13 FOR A BOTTLE OF SO-CALLED "COLD PRESSED" ORANGE JUICE THAT TASTES LIKE SPOILED TROPICANA. BAGELS ARE SIMPLY DISGUSTING WITH SALTY OLD LOX, A SMEAR OF OLD CREAM CHEESE. COFFEE IS WEAK BUT OK. A NEARLY 20% GRATUITY FOR ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE AT ALL EXCEPT FOR A SAD AND LAZY GIRL WHO RELUCTANTLY BRINGS A CARDBOARD CUP OF COFFEE TO THE TABLE. THE COOK IS ALSO THE MONEY TAKER. HE'S ALSO A SAD, APOLOGETIC SOUL THAT ADDS TO THE GENERAL DISCOMFORTING VIBE. THE BILL FOR TWO BAGEL AND SALMON SANDWICHES, A COFFEE AND AN ORANGE JUICE CAME TO MORE THAN $60. THE DRAMER IS UNFORTUNATELY A NIGHTMARE. THERE ARE FAR BETTER PLACES WITHIN TWO OR THRFEE BLOCKS.

Just had the worst experience.I ordered their matcha lemonade, but it tasted like regular bottled lemonade. Barely any matcha flavor! When I complained, the staff was unhelpful, saying I had to pay for a new one. No effort to fix the issue or respect the customer.

I was convinced to a friend to try this place in Miami Beach. I had such a bad customer experience that I had to write a review. I had a sandwich (average quality, not worth for the price). I asked for a bubble tea matcha. I tried and was undrinkable. Very kindly I went back to the server asking to have a refund because the taste was not of matcha. He replied to me that "it was my fault because I asked for something that was not in the menu, and I'm wrong because they're famous for their matcha". .... . So I asked to replace that thing with a "Ice matcha latte". It was worse than the bubble tea. I threw it straight into the trash. While they were preparing the sandwiches and food also for other orders, I saw the two employees to touch the food without gloves. So bad customer service, bad food, expensive. I won't go back
