I visited on 3/11/24 and was originally charged $80 for my 3 beers, 3 Vegas bombs and shot of henny. The bartender had me perform a tap pay option with my card and then I tipped $0 and gave him $20 in cash. He then processed my card for $148. This place gives scam vibes please be aware.

Janaya was the best server at exchange. She Is the littest and best worker in the club. I’ll only be coming back for Janaya! she’s so nice and such a hard worker. She made my time the best time. she turned us up and had us dancing the whole time. Also a plus is she super fine. Definitely when you come to exchange book with Janaya!

First off we got a free voucher ticket saying that we arrived before 1130. It was free entry we got there a little bit before 11 waited for 45 minutes then once they try to let us in they tried to charge everybody $20 at the door we still have a good time because we just waited for a while so me and my friends paid & still went inside. The club is very very boring and they tried to charge me $64 for two shots. I refuse the shots because the prices were way too much for me, but the bartender still charged my card when I asked for a refund he told me to go get manager. I went to go to go get manager and named Robert Yassa he told me he cannot find my transaction even though I showed him my bank statements, gave me his card and told me to come back for a refund or something of that sorts. I was only visiting Miami for a couple days so I cannot return. I called and called even sent an email. Still got no response when I finally did get a response from another manager at exchange saying that they will email Robert for me. I have still not seeing no refund to my card. These people are literally Thieves.

This place is just awful. We were guests staying upstairs in the hotel. We don't even need to go inside but can hear the bad taste in music. It attracts a very rowdy and border line violent crowd. One night the situation got pretty bad and the police had to come. Ladies and gentlemen if you are looking for a good experience with a safe environment, you better off going elsewhere. Also fyi during the day, there were homeless ppl sleeping and living in front of the club so imagine what you are touching at night in the dark.

Placed charged me $60 to enter with my lady for an empty club, then paid over $100 for 2 drinks and 2 shots. Don’t waste your time, they create a fake line in the front just to wait 30+min to go into a empty place with overpriced drinks straight up robbery.

This place use to be the hotspot for certain occasions recently went this weekend and it was just not the vibe literally less then 50 people in the entire club this means something internally is wrong why people aren't in a space like this especially Miami Beach a place that's super famous and iconic in the whole world the hostess out front and security were super friendly and chill the bartenders inside looked completely bored and I don't blame them it was like no vibe in this club for some reason and the bottle prices was insane like I understand it's Miami but the prices were wayyyy to high for a club that was pretty empty which I understand that's a way for them to make there money but at the same time that's not a way to raise your sells for customer or to draw them back in this place needs a new concept and also a makeover and a complete revamp with a new plan to elevate the Miami nightlife like this place does have nice art and led lights instagram worthy spots to take pics but it truly needs a revamp/new concept to draw people back to this place

Hunk o mania show was an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! This place is the definition of TRAFFICKING!!! Seriously, be careful coming here unless u want to be completely violated, videotaped by employees, given laced lollipops & send money to “crypto” good luck. I’m shocked this place hasn’t been raided by police yet or shut down.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Three young women charged 100 to get in, because two had on flats, fyi We go inside and I honestly thought it was a lesbian club. It were three men at almost one am, and huddled groups of women, but largely empty. We decide to cut our losses and leave after 15 mins. We leave through the stinking alley, the only exit as per the overzealous security. I assume we couldn't leave through the door bearers to the front because we would tell the ppl needlessly waiting on line that the place was trash. The promoter saw us and asked why we left so soon, and we told him. He promised party buses were pulling up, and hospitably offered us shots and a booth to come back inside. We agreed, and he brought us to the front, to which the door woman tried to charge us an additional $10. We literally thought she was joking. She relented, as the promoter tried to reason with her for 2-3 mins. That in itself was degrading, so of course we left.
