The first time I entered the place a young lady sold me three small cups of ice cream (various scoops in each cup) for 15+ dollars. On our way back we went for two cups for the kids only. I was quoted 18+ dollars for two cups of the same size. When I asked how it came out so different, the sales assistant just confirmed the price. 18+ dollars for two cups.I did not insist on a receipt both times. I thought i was kind.Having arrived home I noticed that the Haagen Dazs charged me 23+ dollars for the two small cups of ice cream.Unauthorized charge that is called STEALING.

I should’ve read the reviews about this location prior to going. Sadly, this was one of the worst ice cream experiences I’ve ever had, and do not recommend this location. My partner ordered 2 scoops in a waffle cone, and I chose the Dulce De Leche Shake.With the scoops, the entire cone fell apart once we removed the label to eat the rest of it, melting all over my partner’s hands shortly after leaving the store.The milkshake was almost entirely made of milk. You could tell from the color of the shake the proportion of milk to ice cream was completely off.We left incredibly disappointed with the service and the actual product that altogether cost $20+.

Terrible service. The ice cream was clearly rancid. They put zero effort to give me a solution. They were rude. They started to speak Spanish as if I couldn’t understand, but I answered in Spanish and they were clearly shocked. Awful. Next time will check the obvious bad reviews.

So rude and stupid. Lady said they had no “small” cups available and I had to argue with her to put a small amount of ice cream in a “large” cup. She was annoyed. Jerk. Also $38 for three people?!
I do not recommend this establishment to anyone, the staff is not at all pleasant, they themselves must wonder what they are doing there. Catastrophic.

BEWARE ?My sister & I visited Ocean view Haagen Dazs,9-19-23, We ordered 2 ice cream cones ONE SCOPE A PIECE WHICH WERE VERY SMALL SCOPES,My Fault for not looking at my receipt sooner,My bill was $25.00, while my chase card was in the card machine it asked if I wanted to donate money NO Option to say NO…when I tried to phone the store, for an explanation phone number’s listed DO NOT WORK…?BEWARE

I read the other reviews and since I was on vacation in South Beach Miami, i decided to visit the Haagen- Dazs on Ocean Drive. Especially since the reviews were unfavorable.The air conditioner did work, the ice cream was frozen and everything was clean.The reason they get one star is because I can't give them ZERO.I ordered; pickup through door dash, a banana split.When I arrived they said there was no order under doordash.. now that's not the kicker... THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE BANANA SPLIT THAT IS BEING ADVERTISED ON THEIR WEBSITE ?No ice creamNo orderNo apology
