“quite literally the best ramen I've ever had, to the point where it's ruined my local restaurant back home. what a pleasant surprise at how amazing the food is here! The staff was friendly, however, it's kind of unorthodox.. on a busy day, you need to just sign in on a piece of paper and then go wait outside. it was my first time going to this restaurant and there's no one there to explain it to you. so luckily I read the directions and understood. I understand why they do it because it's not enough room for standing and waiting. so it worked out well and the staff was very on top of it. it was just a little weird learning to do it by yourself. in fact while I was there I ended up helping a line of customers that were waiting for help and we're never greeted and then I understand the paper instructions, but 100% hands down the food makes up for it.Vegetarian options: you need to ask for the vegetarian broth.“
“The quality and flavors are spectacular. We loved the meat with rice and egg yolk. The atmosphere at night does not provoke much, the white lights with spotlights look like they are from a warehouse and they stick in your eye. Nothing cozy.“
