The food was very good, however; I thought the prices were too steep. I think you pay for the location and ambiance, so just be aware before you sit down to eat. Staff was great.

Great care given to our tablemate with food allergies. Beautiful outdoor location. Super close to the ocean and walking path. Pizza, Nachos and fish tacos were all excellent. Nice bubbly crust on the pizza! Decent Prosecco and unique cocktails. Maybe a little overpriced.

Me and my friend came for a cute dinner. We had been wanting to try this place for a while. We had high hopes for this establishment but that went downhill rather quickly. Firstly, the place is rundown and old. Areas of the booths are falling apart and look dingy. But I was able to look past that and we ordered our dinner and drinks. I went with the nachos and my friend had the salad. The food is mediocre tasting AT BEST. That's being very generous by the way. To set the scene my friend and I are enjoying our dinner while this child behind us is screaming and yelling. And by child I mean like 10 years old or so.. all of a sudden i feel something land on my arm that felt warm and sticky. My friend also felt something fly thru her hair. I look down and I kid you not...a large blob of mashed potatoes was on my arm! The little girl literally flung her food at us. I was livid! I exchanged words and we moved on from the incident. So now my opinion of the place is going downhill quickly. But still I'm optimistic. I arrive home and about one hr later I have chills, fever, and stomach ache. Then I start violently throwing up! Not only was i thrown food at, this place also gave me food poisoning! Literally this place is so ratchet and locks any class at all. And their food sucks. If you want children flinging food at you and you're happy getting food poisoning then I highly recommend this establishment!

I am a solo traveler. And as such, I always get the less desirable seat. When the waitress do not propose me to eat at the counter This is disappointing. We all deserve to enjoy a nice spot and combine gorgeous view and good food. Beautiful place though, be mindful of providing to all customers the same dining experience! With appreciation!

This is a nice place on the water. The food was very good quality, taco serving was kinda small, but other options were appropriate. Wish menu was smaller, also menu on website didn't match what they were offering on the qr code at the table, seemed odd.

unfortunately this was far below expectations. The pictures on Opentable don't reflect at all what a shabby place this really is. filthy seating, bad pizza dough, the much promoted skirt steak which ordered medium arrived overly well done... red wine by the glass was borderline vinegar. all in all shameful for a Nobu Hotel!

It was very disappointing. I've been to the original Malibu location and was hoping for fresh, organic, leafy food. Instead we had slow service, and our fish tacos were grilled pieces of mahi-mahi with two cold tacos and only a few side condiments. The jalapeño margarita was good!

We could have made our reservations anywhere to celebrate our wedding anniversary. However they really do a good job of marketing this place online. We made it a point to indicate that it was our wedding anniversary so we could meet the staff (even the day before when we checked into Nobu Hotel when we walked over there just to grab a drink). We received a text that our table was ready 30 min before our reservation so we went to the restaurant to check-in. The hostess did not recognize us from the day before and was not friendly. When we reminded her that it was our anniversary there was still no acknowledgement and we were asked to "stand aside" because our table was not ready (even though we got a text). Nothing special was done for us and we sat with an empty drinks, never offered more to drink and was not impressed with the small portions for the prices that tacked on an automatic 20% service charged with an option to add on addition tip. We were there longer than we wanted to be. Not a way we wanted to start off our anniversary. VERY disappointed!!

Very nice place and reasonably priced for the food they are serving! Beautiful ocean views which are rare in the area because most of the places are not elevated so all you see is bushes.Great food but would need the menu to be expanded especially vegetarian options.Definitely recommend!

I'm not one to negatively review places ever, but I wish we hadn't picked this place. The menu on the website isn't the same, but by the time we sat and realized that, it was too late to find somewhere else to go. In addition to that, it was insanely overpriced, plus they add their own 20% gratuity which no one tells you about either. Our waitress was nice and the view was pretty, but we could've found both of those things without having to pay for a small $30 plate of nachos. Their website also isn't updated with the valet fee- so expect to pay more there, too.

Beautiful place with a fantastic view. Great music selection. The food was delicious and well presented. Specially the dessert was amazing. Our server was super attentive and helpful suggesting options. I forgot the name but he was a tall man from Serbia. My only complaint is they do not have so many options in the menu. But we had a wonderful time and we will definitely come back.

Definitely not cheap… $60 breakfast but it’s good and great for people watching.. will surely come again. If you are on a budget might wanna go else where.

We were at the hotel for 5 days and ate at least one meal there every day. The service is good. Malibu Farms is in a hotel. once the hotel became full, the service declined. Before the hotel became full, the service was good-water refilled, hot food, quick service of food. Once the hotel became full, errors were prevalent-no Ketchup with burgers, the omelett had been sitting under the heater in the back and was not warm on the inside. omelets are served with ONE piece of toast. I asked to substitute salad for the potatoes and extra salad was not given on 2 occasions. The burgers are excellent. The pancakes are excellent and are served with a perfect amount of soft butter and syrup. The pancakes are perfect. 2 years ago, they had a boulliabase entree, which is no longer on the menu-bring the boulliabase back and I might even learn how to spell it!

Everything we got was delicious!! Hostesses and server were so so friendly. Would highly recommend and return. We got the corn pizza, burger, and were even surprised with a delicious bday treat. Loved it all!
