Being Cuban myself, I found the food to be tasteless and very disappointing. I had the lechon asado which was dry but soaked in a lime sauce. Strange how something can be dry and wet all at once. My son had the ropa vieja which was also disappointing.The atmosphere was nice and the service was great rhe waitress was very attentive and nice. Wish the food would have been good as everything else.

Found this restaurant by searching Google maps… had an excellent white fish (and it does have a lot of garlic!) … so if you love garlic like I do, you are good! Mojito was fabulous… and I tend to be picky! Andres was my server and was polite and very gracious. A quiet oasis in middle of South Beach with a true Cuban vibe.
This spot is absolutely beautiful, I love the mood lighting. The Elmo’s Vaca Frita was incredible and the servers were so kind and friendly! Love this spot ❤️

I got the Lechon Asado and wanted to love it but unfortunately it was dry. I much prefer the dish at Las Olas Cafe :( I also ordered yuca but they gave me plantains which were also dry. I'm not really a picky eater so I'm surprised I didn't enjoy this. The ropa vieja empanadas were good!
