My wife and I had the pleasure of experiencing the dry aged sashimi experience here last night. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and the service! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for top rated sushi and sashimi in Miami! We will definitely be looking to come back next time we visit Miami! Cannot recommend this place enough. This was the most AMAZING dining experience I've ever had. Ensure that you arrive hungry and you will not be disappointed. The owners were spectacular and extremely hospitable. Everything was perfect.

"This was the best quality fish at an Omakase in Miami," quoting my friend who dined with me and has visited a dozen other popular omakase restaurants in Miami and Fort Lauderdale. (I've been to far fewer) We went on a Thursday for the discounted nigiri experience. Not sure how much better it can get, but I'll be back on a weekend for the full menu. Service was impeccable. The bartender was amazing and took pride in making cocktails. The chef was social and it was a bit less than traditional- but more fun. He was very knowledgeable and shared stories about the fish and traditional preparations between each dish. I lost count of courses we had but I believe it was a couple more than what was promised. We chatted a bit with those around us as the seating promotes socializing a bit, but enough space where it doesn't feel like forced conversation. Presentation was entertaining, space was dark but the ambient lighting was spot on. I'll be back very, very soon. Thank you for the great experience!

I went on a Friday night after Valentine’s Day and it was the perfect setting and felt very exclusive and intimate. We surprised friends there and had such a great time . Astrid and the chef were a delight ! The food was spectacular and I paired it with sake for the night ! 5 stars all the way !

Let’s just say that this is the best omakase place I’ve ever been too!! This is not my first time I was here for my birthday the first time I was in awe. It was spectacular I mean it! The experience of the show and the amazing chef is worth it all. I can eat here everyday! The quality of the food and the presentation is superb! The sparkles flying in the end and the sashimi simply melts in your mouth. I recommend a must must must go to speakeasy when coming to miami or even on a Friday night! TGIF speakeasy Nossa night! Definitely an incredible place, from the beginning you are welcomed with kindness, warmth and sake. Later in the dining room is where the real experience begins. Chef Sebastian takes his time to prepare and explain all the details of each dish. I must mention that in addition to serving various fish, they do a very generous "caviar tasting" and the drinks never stop, they are always attentive and the service is incredible! a place with excellent ambience, great location and spectacular food!
