Ordered a latte, they gave me black coffee with cream even though i confirmed that they have latte over the phone.....also they gave me a vegan quesedella instead of a regular breakfast quesedella without bacon.

First visit was great. Food and service were very good. Second visit 2 days later was disappointing. We were told to pick seats in the outside area, but no one from the staff estimated us. We sat there for 30 minutes and left the restaurant.

The food was good. Once we ordered we didn’t see our waiter again. Then we realized that the 20 percent tip was already on our bill. Guess they figured they didn’t have to work any harder for it. Disappointing- 2 years ago was a very different experience!

Ola provides a tranquil setting for a lunch or dinner in Miami Beach. Despite the restaurant being largely vacant on a Friday lunch, the quality of the food met the expectations. I enthusiastically suggest trying the Mexican Ceviche, Mahi Mahi, and the Pollo Criolla. Additionally, the poke bowl dish & nachos received high praise from my companions. The Colombian cheese bread was particularly delicious; I could have easily devoured multiple rolls. The service was excellent, and the ambiance lacked any pretentiousness. Parking could be an issue just like any place in Miami Beach. Nonetheless, for a relaxed lunch in Miami, Ola is a good choice.

Ola isn't what it used to be. I have been here several times in years past and the food selection is very limited now. It used to have many seafood options but the entire menu had maybe 6 entree choices. Also very limited wait staff and they were doing their best but with a short staff not sure you can provide 4 star service Not sure I will return.

Husband didn't enjoy his branzino, too small, doused in too much sauce he didn't like, shrimp were mini and he didn't like the calamari in the dish either. He left hungry. For the cost of the meal, we unfortunately left quite disappointed.

We had dinner there the other evening. Hector was our server. He was excellent! His recommendations were very good- Hamachi. Nikei. Then Empanadas, pork and chicken to split. The coconut mojito and gin and tonic were very good.

Not busy at all. Loved the food, very delicious. Good seats and very clean. However the place is small. One recommendation for the restaurant is to add live music! If you add live music more people will come in; in my opinion, because food is good and place is kind of demanding for a live music. This place is a bit pricy but very big portions.

Based on 1 visit: If you're willing to wait after ordering (at least for a large group), the food is very good overall. I had the fire and ice and it's excellent. My sides were okay. My colleagues liked their food.

Delicious and not pretentious. Really enjoyed this restaurant. We went for dinner after reading YELP reviews and it was conveniently directly across the street from our hotel (1 Hotel South Beach). It as on the later side for weeknight dinner (about 8:30pm) and it wasn't too busy. Tables were available inside and out. We chose out. It's on the street side, so if it was really hot out and/or the traffic was nuts, I'd recommend inside (which looked open-air-ish with open sides/windows). Host staff was very accommodating and basically invited us to select our table. Wait staff was prompt, informed, and friendly. I enjoyed my mojito and opted for the basic/fish ceviche "fire & ice" option. It was served over a granita--like a slightly salty pear sorbet. Amazing. I cannot recommend this enough. Ladies eating late...we had light other items, basically salads and sides. Large plates/entrees at neighboring tables looked delicious. And we topped it off with a fabulous dessert special of the day. Would definitely return if/when back in Miami Beach.
