Food was lackluster. The gnocchi in four cheese cream sauce was recommended by the waitress and it lacked flavor. Service was fast and our entrees came out within 10 minutes of ordering. The restaurant is located in Hampton inn on Collins Avenue so it does have a lot of foot traffic. I'm still not sure how it's rated so well though because the pizza and gnocchi were below average.

We stayed at Hampton Inn for a few days and we were very impressed to have wonderful food place right there. We loved Piola it was very convenient for us and food was delicious. Catalina served us, she was very nice, pleasant and professional. Definitely will be back next time.

Incredible restaurant, I went on Sunday and ordered a pasta bolognese totally worthy of admiration. On the other hand, the incredible service, the waitress Melisa gave us impeccable attention, always very attentive and charismatic even though our table had many diners.
