Have been coming for years. Jonathan the manager provided unparalleled terrible customer service. Ordered bone in ribeye, wife ordered filet. The steak came out RAW not even close to rare…and I orders medium. They came over and looked at the steak and agreed and sent it back to Cab brand new steak, which came out within 15 minutes while my wife ate her entire meal, clearly unacceptable. Once the state came out, the manager Jonathan was cold personality and almost seemed annoyed, meanwhile the waitress was great and super apologetic. Tina tartare came out DRENCHED in teriyaki. At the end of the meal they informed us that they were going to comp one of the ten dollar sides for me waiting 15 minutes while my significant other finished their meal. I told them I would be happy if they just did the steak which would’ve only been 45 bucks more. He adamantly said he wouldn’t do it, I told him if that’s the case don’t bother just taking off a side he went ahead and charged full price and left everything on. Like I said, I have been coming here for years, and this place has really went downhill. We are residents of south of 5th specifically continuum and I will say I will never come back here ever again stay away they are extremely inconsistent and TERRIBLE manager Jonathan.

Food was good. Prices were high, but that's expected. One thing that was annoying is that my teenagers were offered "virgin" version of bar drinks. My 15 year old ordered a mango mojito. It was in a narrow glass. Of course, she drank it up in no time. The waitress then offered enthusiastically, "would you like another one?" She ended up drinking three. I wasn't paying close attention and never noticed that the price of each virgin drink (no alcohol) was $18/drink. So, I paid $54 for about 30 cents worth of mango juice and some mint leaves. I should have asked about the price and paid attention. This is not the fault of the waitress. It was my fault, but I wanted warn others about it.

I want to start this review off by saying the view and the inside is beautiful. The service was horrible. The bread was hard as a rock, and when sent back, by the manager, the waiter came back to the table, with the same bread and said “that’s the only bread they had available” . The drinks were good. The appetizers were mediocre. Caesar salad needed more dressing and seasoning, the Rockefeller oysters could have been fried a little longer. The main courses were so under seasoned! Steak had no flavor of salt/pepper. The mash potatoes loaded ( very comical ) it comes out in a bowl , with the toppings on a separate plate. Once again no seasoning! The broccoli was so hard, it was like the bread. High end views, but low budget food. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant, if you are looking for great tasting food however, if you want to take photos of your surroundings while dinning, this is the place for you.

The only reason I'm giving this hotel two stars it's because of one of their employees She is the only reason that I am giving it such a high rating. I decided to go there because of my birthday it was gonna be a wonderful, relaxing experience by the beach. However, shortly after arriving, apparently the battery on my fire detector went out so everyone minute the fire detector would make a screeching, eyepatch noise. Contacted the front desk several times over at 4 to 5 hour. Trying to get this resolved. Could not get any assistance. They had no solution to take care of this. And would not move me to another room. Apparently there was no maintenance and staff at night. I don't think the manager was ever called or if he was, he provided them with no solution. And they had no replacement batteries on site. Initially, the front desk representative would not even provide me with a ladder or steptool to take out the defective battery. Even though I offered to do the replacement myself, I seem to not get any assistance until the overnight person came on site. She was able to provide me with a stool. And in the middle of the night, I was able to find a store to go out and purchase a battery myself. I was been able to replace it and stop the beeping and eventually I got to sleep about 2:30 in the morning. I provided the front desk with a receipt of my purchase, and they said they provide it to the manager with the expectation of a refund I have yet to receive any communication directly from the manager even after multiple requests. And have yet to receive any form of credit especially for the purchase of the battery that I installed myself during the middle of the night so I was able to get to sleep. I honestly could not in good faith recommend this place.

We were impressed with how nice the restaurant looked when we first got there. Our server was Yulia ( not sure of how to spell it ) and she was very good. Explained everything and got our special requests taken care of. The food was ok. My NY Strip was very good. My husbands bone in Rib steak was half fat!! It was supposed to be cooked medium... but it was extremely medium rare. Won't be coming back.

The asparagus was very bland. In addition, I was overcharged for a subpar meal and mediocre drinks. The atmosphere was nice, and the scalloped potatoes were very good. Either way, i would not recommend.

After dining at Red, we thought the experience was mid-tier and did not deliver to the prices.Food - We found the wet-aged steaks did not provide a wow factor to their $70+ prices, where in similar price ranges one can enjoy dry-aged and wagyu. My ($99) Porterhouse came out inconsistently cooked — blue-rare on the fillet side, but medium-rare on the strip side. I had to cut out my fillet and send it back to the kitchen for an up-temp, a rather awkward exchange. However, the sides and the desserts were delectable, especially the black truffle risotto.Service - The worst part of the experience. At restaurants this pricey, you have to absolutely nail this part. We had three to four servers over the course of the night due to miscommunication and timing. Bread did not come out until the main proteins. Steaks were delivered with no steak knives. Desserts took a half hour to come out, and neighboring diners noticed our delay. I also noticed that our main server seemed a little unconfident in her explanation of the steaks and menu awareness, but this is more of a nit pick for expectations in this price range.Atmosphere -The atmosphere is unique, fun, and feels very much Miami. This was the best part of the experience.

This place is a joke! Too expensive and just basic food. Overcooked and cold lamb chops. Lobster dish with no to little lobster was supposed to be 8 oz and was more like 2 oz. Bad scallops. Dinner was a disaster.

I have to say the quality vs cost ratio is not favorable . While the food and service were good, not great, and definitely not worth the price of appetizers, entrees, sides and wine.

We had steak and sides which were very satisfactory . There were quite a choice of steaks We would go back again but have no idea about the seafood and pasta which were also on the menu . I generally do not like it when , predominantly steak restaurants, try to offer a big menu .
