dined mid - late Saturday afternoon and it was surprisingly quiet. my wife loves lobster roll and decided to try theirs. To her surprise and arrive warm, but she was delighted because it was a freshly cooked Florida lobster tail! Cooked to perfection and delicious. This spot was so wonderful for brunch. It is a nice airy space with simple decor. The food was very good. We got the tres leches French toast which was sweet but so good (none was left on our plate). We also got the chicken sandwich which came with fries and was also very flavorful. Overall our server Gineska, was very friendly and made it an even more wonderful experience

I always come to Seawell for breakfast because of the amazing staff and delicious food. I started my birthday off with a celebration at Seawell. The staff is amazing and the food is delicious. Gineska, Argene and Facundo were awesome! They made my birthday breakfast very special.
