Beautiful beach and Laquavious made sure we had everything we needed! Clean, fun vibes, friendly staff and amazing water. Will definitely visit again and will recommend that others check it out as well.

We came here to celebrate my Husband's Birthday, we didn't want to leave. The area is perfect, the room, the view...give it a try and see for yourself! It's been over a year since we visited, still dreaming about this place.

Unfortunately we had high hopes for a hotel like this. No one was able to listen our complaints and we were never called back from anytime regarding any of our issues. Valet was horrible and housekeeping was also the same.

I havent even stayed here yet so cant comment on the facilities. However, so far communication has been non existent. As far as I can tell the hotel is closed but I'm due to stay there in a week. Ive emailed multiple times but no reply. Ive tried calling but their phone lines are dead. Looks like I wont be staying and looks like I've lost my money too.

I'm giving this a 5/5 really.I went there 2 years ago and I find myself fantasizing about going back routinely.I went there at what was maybe the worst moment in my entire life. Flew to Miami on a whim, buying my ticket about 24h before leaving. And the place managed to make me feel soothed and at ease for the entire week. Was able to use the gym every morning, grab a healthy breakfast, relax, sleep very well. The location was great, you step out and walk and right there you have a bunch of restaurants. Or you can exit by the terrace outside and end up directly on the beach without crossing a street. The staff was eagerly helpful and super charming. The room was very clean and I loved its design, it was very bright, the AC was tip top, everything smelled like heaven.Honestly the only reason I'm not going back is the price. Yes the place is a bit expensive (although it's more that Miami itself is pretty expensive... they're not the most expensive at all), especially the drinks. But really I don't regret a single dollar spent on this holiday.Again, I was basically scrapping the bottom of the barrel when I decided to go, and yet, whenever I remember this hotel I remember only positive things. If I could afford it at the moment, I would go again. Highly recommend.

I was unfortunately never given the chance to stay at shore club . My reservation for August was cancelled due to Covid . I was told I would be refunded within 60 days . 69 days came and went and now I am unable to get in contact with anyone who can give me anyway answers . Never stayed ; never will . Terrible customer service !

When I initially reserved the room I was expecting to be charged upon arrival, instead I was charged almost $600 less than 7 days after making the reservations. When I reached out to the property they advised this is just how it works and refused to refund me at that time. I forgave them and moved forward because I was going on this trip regardless. When the pandemic took the world by surprise I assumed they'd have enough humility and empathy to process everyone's refund to my surprise they refused a refund and emailed me a credit. I called back and after going back and forth with customer service representatives for over 45 minutes I was finally able to speak with a manager who agreed to process a my refund and advised it would take up to 60 days. I called back after 90 days and was advised it would actually be 60 business days not including weekends and holidays, although this was not explained in the beginning I forgave them again and waited. Its been over 120 days and I have yet to receive my refund of $600.00. I will never reserve a room at this property and I will never stay at this property again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY, THEY ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!

Great art deco hotel with good rooms and amazing outdoor space - the pool and garden. Very charming with a nice cafe. The pool had music and D.J. The beach was great as well. Great location close to everything.

My wife and I stayed at the Shore Club from March 9th to the 12th leaving just a few days before the country went into full-blown shut down mode due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This was not our first time staying at the Shore Club, in fact we have been coming to the Shore Club for years dating back to when it was owned by Morgan’s Hotel Group and Shorething Sunday’s was one of (if not the best) pool party in South Beach. Since then the hotel has gone through many changes from ownership, to staff, to almost being converted into condos (very glad that didn’t happen) but even through all those changes it has always managed to keep its charm :) This was a really tough stay to rate being that we were on the cusp of COVID-19 being labeled a global pandemic yet the hotel was at full capacity in the midst of spring break. That said, even though my entire stay was very stressful (for unrelated reasons i.e. the stock market) the hotel management and staff were fantastic and made us feel at home (as always). We arrived early and even though our room wasn’t ready we were able to change, store our luggage and lay by the pool until check in. During that period I stopped by the front desk to check if there might be another room that was ready and the young woman at the front desk insisted that we wait for the room she had assigned us as it was a great room. I trusted her and she wasn’t wrong. We were assigned room 1762 which was supposed to be a Partial Ocean View King Room which actually had a FULL Ocean view with a nice little balcony, tucked away in the corner of the hallway. As in most Shore Club rooms, the decor was clean, modern and minimalistic with more than enough space for our luggage and in typical Shore Club fashion a massive bathroom with great shower pressure (worth noting). We were also surprised by a delicious bottle of champagne and fruit basket when we finally checked in which was the perfect cherry on top (thank you!!). Our favorite part about the Shore Club is the landscaping and the pool. Throughout the entire hotel there is lush landscaping and an abundance of plants and flowers that add to its Art Deco charm. The pool (in my opinion) is probably the best pool in South Beach based on size, amount of chairs and daybeds, along with amount of sun exposure (it matters, trust me). Amongst the lush greenery around the pool you might even be able to see a couple lizards or iguanas roaming around. As is with most pools in South Beach you have to go through the pool attendant to get a chair and Elijah was there every day to take care of us with a big smile. The pool bar staff is also always attentive. Luis ,one of the bartenders, has been there for years and is always a pleasure to chat with when we are there. The food has also stood the test of time - their chicken ceasar salad and burger being two of our all-time favorites. The one complaint I would have about the pool staff during this stay is that the servers were not very attentive and were rarely making rounds, even though most days the pool was packed. Aside from spending time at the pool and in our room we didn’t do much else at the hotel during our stay - therefore I cannot comment on the gym, Diez y Seis restaurant, or the beach staff. What I will say is that one very neat feature that seemed to have recently been added is the VIP concierge. Upon checking in we received a text from the concierge introducing himself and telling us that he was at our disposal. On Wednesday morning, we asked if he could get us dinner reservations at Baoli - which was a big ask as Wednesday is their big night - and after making some calls he was able to secure us a table for two which was fantastic. All in all we had a great stay even with everything going on and I will add as a last note that even before the pandemic was announced the hotel was diligently cleaning all public areas on a very frequent basis for which I commend them for being proactive.

I booked a home spa day with the fiancé the minute I knew everything would get shut down eventually. I went through the valet to avoid looking for street parking around this area because it's ugly. I have to say they sure did the inside more new and modern. I was directed to the spa with no problems and was told I can go enjoy the amenities. The pool was completely packed but Elthon helped me immensely in finding a place for me and my fiancé to relax and enjoy the Sunday. I ordered bedside the tzatziki and hummus with a side of truffle fries and a cesar salad which was very filling. The service poolside was just as great as it was inside at the spa. The masseuse was so kind to me, but the facial could've been done much better for the surrounding parts of the nose. But either way I was so welcomed and the staff was so kind that I can't complain. Elthon went above and beyond!

This hotel is not new. If you keep that in mind, it's a great deal. Large active pool with food and drink service. There is also a sectioned off area for hotel guests on the beach with chairs and umbrellas. Walking distance to Lincoln Road and infinite restaurant and bar choices. Quick and friendly check-in check-out service. Quick valet parking service.
