My friends and I made a reservation for 3 for Super Bowl Sunday. There was no information provided that there was a “special” going on, and when we arrived we were told there was a $50 per person min. I believe he was a manager came to try to explain how this “special” worked. It seemed they were short staffed as it took over 10 min to place our drink order. They were airing the game but their TVs were out of sync with each other and with the audio. We were told that since we didn't know about the “special” we would only be accountable for up to $100 . When we went to cash out the bill was double that and there was no break down of the items billed beyond “open drink, open food open beer” etc. the bill was $200 and when we asked the manager to clarify, he just said what was on the bill was what we owed. Communication was bad start to finish. I don't see how we got a deal when we could have just ordered the menu items. When asked for clarification we did not get it.

The food, drinks and atmosphere were great! Dani, our server was so friendly and knowledgeable. We loved the location and enjoyed our experience! We will definitely be back on our next Miami trip!

I visited the ocean Dr. Miami location. Not even a Sugar Factory anymore like Google says, they changed name to Nick Cannons restaurant. The food was not great served warm not hot. Long wait times. The cook didn't understand simple requests. Just not a good visit today.

The chicken Alfredo and sangaria flight was really good. Every appetizer I asked for, they were out of, and our server kept disappearing. The food we had was good, the service and atmosphere were underwhelming.

Sugar factory drinks never disappoint me we love coming here for the drinks they have a unique taste and the experience is always delicious the music is always good and the best food.

Excellent food but very poor service! You can tell the gratuity is included 20%. Servers don’t need to work for their tip so they are not friendly at all. We didn’t even get greeted by our server she just went straight to the point. Won’t be coming back to this location.

We walked out as soon as we were sat. The noise level was unreal, the restaurant was grungy looking, and the waitresses were trashy with all their body parts hanging out. Do not take anyone under 18 here.
