I have been here twice. My first time was for New Year’s Eve 2022. Had a great time, ate great food, service was amazing and my sister and I even met Tank there. I double back for their lamb stew and it was foul tasting. Definitely not the same recipe as the year before. The service was even subpar. There may have been a new chef, or so I heard. But, it definitely wasn’t what I was expecting.

I can't keep my peace any longer. I so much want this place to succeed. Although it was night, the location appears to be perfect. It sits right on the bay not far from where the cruise ships dock. Heck, even the menu was perfect. I was afraid at first because it was empty on a Wednesday night. Sincere, our waiter was wonderful. The food was EXCELLENT....OMG. I really wanted the chef to come out so I could tell him how wonderful everything was. Please let's support this business.

Good location !!! And. Nice water view on deck. Very nice inside as well. Take pics!!!!Service was ok, they accommodated us well to not. Have a reservation. We had a times The Baltimore location didn't compare although is was nice as well.

Third time here. I come to eat here whenever I'm in Miami. Vibe is good and pretty much low key. It's not as crowded one would think. The brunch is from 12-4 and is usually pretty slow. The dinner time is usually when it's more of a crowd. We didn't make reservations, we just walked in. Their IG says to email them for reservations but no one ever responded. However, you can also make a reservation via their page and pay $25 deposit.

I went for the first time yesterday. I went during their happy hour time. The place is so chic! Right off the water is an additional bonus during sunset..don't sleep on the ambiance..it's Hella dope. There are great selfie content and the music packaged the ambiance perfectly. There was no crowd when I visited but that was actually perfect. We for to look around and explore the restaurant space. We went around 5pm.I ordered the no ordinary love martini. Amazing! It's such a grown and sexy drink. You can't gulp it down. The taste makes you want to savor it and sip. The thinly sliced cucumber gives it such a fresh taste. I wanted to order another one but they were out of St. Germain. For my food, I ordered the fried salmon bites for an appetizer, grilled Atlantic salmon, and my partner had the jersey chicken pasta. I got 2 pieces of salmon bites. I'm not sure if that is how many bites you get on the regular but for the happy hour special, I only had to strip salmon bites. It is not a shareable item. Just wanted to give a clear view on what you are getting. They were absolutely amazing. The homemade mustard dip hit the spot. I wanted more lol My dinner was delightful. My salmon came with mashed potatoes and asparagus. Yum yum! A classic dish with a spice flare. Not spicy flare but a flavorful flare. My partner loved the pasta. The jerk was jerking! Definitely a reco dish!!Overall you must visit for the overall experience

This was nothing like we expected. The atmosphere was nice as we entered but that's when it quickly went south. It took us asking after 15 minutes to get some waters. There were several items on the menu that was unavailable. The food was slow to come out and when it did it was room temperature. The Ox Tail was sweet with little meat on the bones and the chicken that came with the waffle was dry. Some orders came with items that the waiter was told to exclude from the plates. When we asked for the manager, she refused to come out until we insisted several times. There was a hefty automatic service charge. We gave the server a generous tip because we felt like the manager was letting her take the brunt of the heat even though she was working both as a server and bartender. I do not recommend this place at all!

I’m not here to bash or make anyone look bad. I must say this place is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE Bar tenders don’t acknowledge you sat at the bar about 20 minutes before even acknowledge. Food was so yucky!!! For $167 we didn’t eat 25%of our food. One cup of water NEVER OFFERED A REFILL. The tables were chipped paint and low quality. ONE WAITRESS ONE BARTENDER kitchen is conducting unsanitary practices. You can see right in the kitchen. In other words this is a HOOD/GHETTO atmosphere not for me. Never recommend never visit again.

It's giving GVO‼ New server was a lil slow...so I was apprehensive. View - on the water (skyline at night - AMA...see pic). Most importantly THE FOOD‼ Simply SCRUMPTIOUS and the Chef is friendly (straight from Jamaica mon - 2nd City). For those who don't know, that means Mo Bey. lol I had the stuffed (with crab) salmon ‼ mmmmmm mmmm GOOD (sry Campbell's I had to say it). lol So good I forgot to take a pic. HOWEVER, I didn't get the risotto, I subbed with rice and peas and ADDED J*** SAUCE...when I tell you it melts in your mouth‼ Also, bar tender, Kiara was awesome made the BEST MOJITO EVEEER‼‼Atmosphere, DOPE sexy cool. If you go to MIAMI BEACH, make sure you make a pit stop here people to Peter's Patio.

I was never told about this cancelation fee after being 30 minutes late. Charged me 150 for being late. Now charged me again 154.80 because they had my credit card on file. My entire bill was paid by my partner including tip to a waitress that had no idea what was in the menu. I requested my funds the manager said I h Im so sorry we will refund you and never got a call back. I am this close to make them never do this to another person again. That night I said to Peter why are you cancelling my table ? He said no worries you won’t get charged we have your table to a guest , and all sudden I had a table with no service at all she didn’t even know the menu. Charged twice and got ignored . Just shut down if you treat people like this .

The restaurant had 2 servers one bartender 1 cook and half the items on the menu was not available. This wasn't a weekend night it was a Monday night.The service was so slow that my party of 9 paid for our drinks and left. A party of 30 that came in 15 minutes after us left at the same time. That's 39 guests walking out of a dining establishment. This place needs new management and trained staff . The only thing this place has going for it is the location. Please invest in some good patio furniture. No one wants to dine on raggedy patio chairs.This review would be a zero star if it was an option.#Dobetter

I've heard great things about Bar One Miami from people who've gone for a regular reservations but, I cannot let my experience slide. I sent an inquiry about a reservation for 18 guests a month ago and was speaking to someone signed TT but when I sent a follow up email- no response for 2 weeks. Sent another inquiry, no response. Called the place, spoke with some and she answered a few questions but essentially told me to keep everything in email. So, I emailed again- no response. I even sent an Instagram message for someone to get back to me! Called again, spoke with Ricky who gave me the general manager's number- Alicia. She wasn't helpful either and said she'd elevate it to Hannah- the "VP." and BTW Hannah girl, idk if you even deserve that title because I've never spoken to a VP who talks over their customers!!! Ok so a month later from my initial inquiry, I speak with Hannah and she sounded like she just rolled out the bed. I'm explaining my frustrations and the lady is interrupting me!! Like rule #1 in customer service! I basically got the attitude of "what are you calling for, what do you want." No apologies for the difficulties, no apologies for the run around. Very rude, inconsiderate and unaccommodating. Whoever is in charge of hospitality or reservations needs to revamp! Poor professionalism and I hate that for a minority owned business! The group rate was $150/ person. That does not include a sprite or coke- like is this a joke? That also does not include taxes and gratuity so for a $100 meal, you're paying $50 for the inconvenience which to them is not the same as a service charge????. But what's unfair is that $150 does not equate to an appetizer, entree and dessert. When I asked why so high, Hannah said that's their competitive rate... no ma'am because Nikki Beach's rate is $135 and they have a beach!! Their policy is their policy but it's not fair. I hope someone will look into how their employees handle inquiring customers. The only person who was happy to help was Ricky- thank you for trying but Bar One Miami is cancelled. 0/10 do not recommend for large parties. It seems like they don't really want large parties because I called Barton G about the same reservation and got it confirmed within the hour! Bar One. do better I was rooting for you!!!!!!
