Came here because it was #32 Best Bar in NA 2022… not sure how it made the list. Yeah it’s a cool casual concept for a bar with a yard/pool. But that shouldn’t be enough to make a ranking… The service was non-existent. Two waiters for the huge area is way understaffed - after 15min of waiting I had to go to find a waiter myself. The drinks took 15min to make. The taste of drinks was just ok… had the Reese Old Fashioned and Tropical storm. Would give both 5/10.The atmosphere is cool though for a casual night out.Not a fan of mandatory 20% service surcharge. Despite it being a standard in Miami, unfortunately.

Jorge the manager went above and beyond for a special request I had. Jorge took the time to speak with me regarding my annoying and very particular requests and was so patient - his willingness to help a total stranger left such an impact. I had the most amazing experience at TBS - great ambiance, drinks, and service. Andi my waiter was also amazing - he was so helpful with my request and had a great vibe and energy! Excellent spot, highly recommend. A true Miami Beach gem.

The location and atmosphere are nice, but everything else falls short. We ordered two margaritas. We ordered two margaritas, the server added an $8 surcharge because a margaritas is not on their cocktail menu. Also the snacks is tasteless and overpriced.

They have a dope outside area and a good burger. At night you can go upstairs to the speak easy called eagle room.
The Broken Shaker bar offers a laidback ambiance that sets the perfect tone for a relaxed evening. Andy is the absolute BEST! I left my card case (with my credit cards and IDs in it) at the table and he tracked me down to return it. I needed a receipt for my company expense report - AFTER THE FACT - and he hunted it down for me on a busy Friday night! BEST SERVICE EVER! Give Andy a raise!
