OK so 1. This is not in the hotel. This is not beach front. This is the tiny place on the street.2. The food is horrific!!!!!! Unless they knew we were from out of town and they gave us near to rotten and poorly cooked food,.... Do not eat here. I don't know why it has 4.2 stars. I am an honest person giving an honest review and not a bot jacking up the stars. I came here BECAUSE of the star rating hoping to get a good breakfast / brunch with my family. So here's the story. Stars were good. Said beachfront. Walked in, no beach access.they said Google has info mixed up (wondered why they hadn't corrected it yet ??‍♀️ but now I know why... It gives the business they don't deserve). Walked to the hotel that is associated with address, process are $50+ per person, walked back, figured the stars might mean something. Ordered. We ordered the breakfast with baby steak ?? and their lunch that's in the pik with what looks like Caribbean river n peas (aka beans iykyk).- the food took forever to come and we were with a child so was not good.- the orange juice (freshly squeezed they said) was THE ONLY GOOD THING HERE.- Food finally came. My eggs that I asked to be over hard came runny. They took them back n brought me the same damn eggs recooked (found it strange cos I'm used to getting new eggs when the restaurant f's up). They were still tasteless. Bacon was bad but my 5yr old that just lives for bacon ate it. The steak was like eating chalk or cardboard. No salt. Looked like it had been boiled. Smelled funny. Very very bad. Sausages were ok. Not pleasant but not terrible either. The ham was like no deli meat before. Tasteless. It came with pancakes and they were different but airtight. My daughter ate them. Needles to say I left most of the food on the plate. It was like I ordered just to give them free money. Oh n I had fries but they tasted microwaved. Didn't eat them. And after 12 the meal doesn't include coffee or tea which would have been the highlight. Cos how can u screw it up right? Oh and the Cuban toast tasted like it was going bad. They said that's all they had. (I wonder why..... Hmmm... Maybe cos they were trying to get rid of the stock left?)Then my husband's food. Vaca frita. He ordered a lunch item that's the first picture on the right side of the menu. The rice n beans were the best thing on his plate and even they weren't so great. The flank steak was disgusting. N no I'm not exaggerating. Everything else was terrible. He left it on the plate too.Top it off with an automatic 18% gratuity on the bill. I was furious! I believe if they didn't put it their workers wouldn't get any money cos the service was meh and the food was terrible. The juice was the inly good thing. We looked at others eating and were trying to figure out how these guys keep the lights on.So either they serve visitors rotten food or the people that come here have no taste buds. ??‍♀️??‍♀️. But this version of Latin food was a disgrace to all the Latin food restaurants. I wanted to dash cos there was no dining to speak of. I left as hungry as I came. So ended up deciding to eat over priced food at the Fontainebleu that was ultimately worth it after this experience. Jesus!!!!People, tourists, visitors BEWARE. Spent about $30 per head and was very very very annoyed.

I just wanted to drop a line to express my sincere thanks to you and your incredible team for giving us the most amazing time during our recent wedding anniversary celebration at Miami Editions. Your place is just I've got to give it to Karen King for always being the one behind the scenes something else!who really sets the tone for the whole experience. And this time, we got to meet some other amazing folks too. Claud at the spa was just fantastic, Davis A. and Sergio R. at the concierge were on point with every little detail, and Alex at the poolside was an absolute star. And let's not forget about the delicious food at the Market and the Matador - truly outstanding stuff. Oh, and our Bungalow Suite was just breathtaking - I couldn't have asked for a better room for our special occasion. The attention to detail was just spot on. I also wanted to give a shoutout to your team for acknowledging our anniversary and Ambassador status throughout our time there. It really meant a lot to us, and it made the whole experience even more special. You can bet we'll be telling all our friends and family about Miami Editions, and we're already looking forward to our next visit. Thanks again for everything! My Best, Terrah Stephens

Best hotel, nicest staff, amazing food, facilities top notch. Expensive but you get the best customer experience. Valet staff exceptional. Pool area is so peaceful and only ten steps to the beach. The only place to stay in Miami

My family and I are longtime customers and guests of Marriott hotels, and we are always pleased with the excellent quality of service, but I’ve never been so compelled to write a review until our recent stay at the Miami Beach Edition. We were especially impressed with Dylan at the Market; he went far above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful stay. While there are many hotels to choose from in the Miami area, the Edition has quickly become a must-stay for us!

Any time I want a nice staycation when my family is visiting I always find myself coming back to the EDITION. The hotel is always above any standard. The beach is my family’s favorite. This time around the beach club team stood out the most. Raymond, Nat, Nico, & Byron made sure we had all the help we needed and went above and beyond. If i could give more than 5 stars i would. Props to whoever trained them. Thank you?

I spent two nights/3 days at The Edition Hotel in Miami Beach. Everything about my stay exceeded my expectations. From the appearance of the hotel lobby when I walked in around 5 pm (the lobby is modern, but comfortable, decked out in soft white lights). I was promptly checked in by the desk staff, who were friendly and smiled all night. I was given two small bottles of water when I checked in, and was offered a selection of seltzers and flavored waters, all complimentary. Dinner at The Matador Room was absolutely delicious. I had the Hearts of Palm Salad and the Sweet Pea Guacamole to start, the Squash Blossom Quesadillas as my mai course, the Coconut Tres Leches Cake for dessert, and Sangria to drink. There was so much more I wanted try! My room was very clean and quite comfortable. The TV was large and offered access to some streaming services, in addition to regular TV channels. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and there were complimentary robes available for wear in the closet. The mini-fridge contained an assorted mix of full-sized alcohols for purchase. The bathroom was neatly laid-out in a modern way. My room had no tub but had a walk in shower and a water closet, and two sliding doors to block off the bathroom from the bedroom. The next day I had an early lunch of fresh kale salad and avocado toast. The Market cafe off the lobby had an amazing assortment of fresh baked goods; I tried several (macarons, brownies, cookies, and doughnuts). I gained a couple of pounds by the time I got home… Finally, I want to note that my room on the 10th floor around the corner from the elevators. Yet I could not hear a thing; the doors are solidly constructed and my room quiet. I had a gorgeous view of the walkway, the beach, and the ocean.

I just arrived home from my stay at The Edition. There are not enough amazing things that I can say about Malva. She has made my stay so memorable. The care and attentiveness that she shows to those staying at this hotel cannot be taught. She is truly one of the best staff members at a luxury hotel that I’ve encountered in a while and I’ve stayed at quite a few. There was a hiccup during my stay and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure that I had a great experience and I can gladly say that I did. They have bars and restaurants on site, a bowling alley and skating rink for if you don’t feel like going out, & cabanas and day beds to hang out by the pool/beach. The location is convenient and the property itself is gorgeous. I may have found my home away from home in Miami. Thank you! Love you Malva! ?

The Edition has great service and a beautiful property to enjoy it, but one person in particular takes the cake. Her name is Summer, and she is a nail technician in their spa. Summer’s knowledge, care and commitment to her work is singular, only surpassed by her friendliness. She single-handedly made my experience at this hotel. If you come, make sure and get a nail treatment with Summer. She’s incredible at her job and she’ll make your day.

My husband and I booked a 4 night stay as platinum elite members and were treated as if we walked in off the street looking for a free room. Our room was not ready for over 5 hours and we were not given the upgrade we were entitled to. The hotel management, especially Elan, was extremely rude and catered to gentleman before asking women if they needed assistance during a problem with the hotel reservation system. My husband requested in advance champagne in our room to celebrate the start of our weekend and it was not their upon our arrival and never arrived despite asking several times. We promptly moved to the Ritz Carleton. We would never recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a luxury hotel…don’t waste your time or money.

My recent stay at The Miami Beach EDITION in Miami was an exquisite blend of luxury and beachfront paradise. The hotel’s location in Miami Beach offered direct access to the pristine sands and turquoise waters while being close to the city’s vibrant scene. My room was a haven of modern elegance, with sleek design and all the amenities I needed. The central location allowed me to explore Miami’s renowned neighborhoods, from South Beach to Wynwood. Dining at the hotel’s signature restaurant, Matador Room, was a culinary journey, with a menu that celebrated Latin and Caribbean flavors. The Miami Beach EDITION exceeded all my expectations, and I eagerly look forward to my next visit to this luxurious gem in Miami.

Our experience at this restaurant was great! The food was fresh, properly prepared, and reasonably priced, making it a great value. We highly recommend it. Also, the Wednesday breakfast buffet was equally as satisfying!
