I was visiting Miami after my 4 hour drive to a family member around the surround area. We decided to pop in and grab some lunch, being as Bahamian delicacies are rare in my town. I ordered the crack conch snack with the works(mayo, ketchup & hot sauce on top) I was only missing the onions. This was the Bomb?? the conch wasn’t hard it was nicely seasoned and fluffy. The portion of conch could be increased, but it was all worth the trip. I washed it down with the best beer of the Bahamas Kalik Gold. The establishment was clean the bathrooms were well kept. The bathrooms are only available to be opened by an associate behind the counter. There weren’t any hand towels to dry your hand the only option was the hand dryer.

The first 2 times I went I had an Awesome experience. I ordered the conch snack. The last 2 x's I paid $23.00 for fried flour. There was no conch. There is heavy batter on the conch. Very very very disappointed.

This was the place to go for down home food until they decided to now charve you for rice and all the sides that makes a dinner so instead of spending $25 for a dinner its now $40 well NOW you can go to Dwinkey's souce house and get a good Bahamian dinner without the extra $15 for marcaroni, rice and coleslaw shame on BAMBOO SHACK...

First time coming here. Loved it, decided to do Drive thru! Was treated friendly, and the food Was ready quick. Easy grab and go. Must try spot ! I love Bahamian food and this was everything I expected. SHRIMP was huge and mouth watering, and the dinner roll was a great add on with the fries. Conch was also good ( tender and fried perfect ).

Worst food ever. Put Bahamian cuisine to shame. I am very disappointed and want a refund of my money.

The food is amazing here. So delicious and the portion sizes are amazing. First time I went there I ordered a conch wrap for myself with fries. I also ordered two conch burgers with fries for my friends and a serving of 6 conch fritters. We received everything but the conch fritters. I tried calling and emailing the establishment that night but to no avail. I visited this spot a few weeks later with my friends and we ordered the same thing again expect without the fritters. I mentioned to the cashier that my last visit I didn't receive my conch fritters and she gave me the fritters with this order at no additional cost. Staff here is very cool and hospitable. P.S. both times I ordered at the drive thru. Pretty pricey for "fast" food but it is well worth it as this is one of the few, if not the only establishment in Florida with food that satiates my tastebuds.

Last night I had the pleasure of ordering from Bamboo Shack, via Urbereats. This was the most delicious fried snapper I have ever had and the Bahamian Mac 'n Cheese was even better than the same meal ordered in Nassau. This was my first time ordering from Bamboo Shack, but it will not be my last.

I tried Bamboo Shack today as I was in search of some good conch. I normally go to Moby's or Shakers when I visit, but I wanted to try something new.I placed my order over the phone when I was about 10 mins away. I ordered a conch snack (~$22). My order was ready when I arrived, but it wasn't hot. The fries were cold and the conch was warm.I checked my food in the car and was the fries had no seasoning (no salt, season salt, pepper, nothing). I went back in to inquire and was told it's not the Bahamian way to season. When I got home (about 8 mins away) I warmed the conch on low in the oven. The conch itself wasn't seasoned either BUT it was really tender. The conch sauce provided some taste, but it is a very small serving. The hot sauce provided over powered the conch, so I didn't use it. I squeezed some lime on the rest of the conch and added some salt. It was better.I probably wouldn't try here again, unless it was something else on the menu (there is a cracked chicken sandwich that looked interesting). I just wasn't prepared to have to season my food after purchase.

Absolutely horrible, non seasoning food! The Counch are bits and pieces of flour, the chicken is deplorable. You guys need to change the name of this place. It's a poor representation of the bamboo shack in the Bahamas

Prices are wayyy to outrageous now , they use to have a snapper dinner that you can get for for $21.95 comes with the fish and any 3 sides now they have changed it to only come with fries. And the sides are $4.25 each now . Soo basically you are paying $10 more . This is ridiculous! Also their bamboo roll is not authentic they are taking king Hawaiian rolls out the pack and putting them with the orders

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I usually don't leave reviews but this situation warrants that I took out the time to share the disgrace. I ordered cracked conch and expected that. However, try to imagine what I received. Conch that was pulverized almost to a ground beef and dredged with flour over and over and fried until I almost felt like it was batter for conch fritters, still minus the conch. I mean to then charge the patrons 27 dollars for a dinner is a travesty. I mean if you have to be this deceiving to sale an item then take it off the menu. I'm sure it disgraces the true essence of a true Bahamian conch experience and the people who are from there.
