Even if you are starving, do not come here. I went here today to buy some lunch. The employee name is Shirley light skin with freckles and red hair for service was extremely terrible. She had an attitude taking my order, which was quite simple and didn’t have any request however, she gave me so much attitude when she got my order wrong and suck her teeth at me It was truly disgusting.

Unfortunately today I didn't get an opportunity to enjoy my impossible Whopper at Burger King they had all of the doors locked at the Ives Dairy 199th location I was not in a typical motor vehicle that could be serviced at the window. I was on a motor cycle and it was pouring down rain so obviously I could not wait in the rain in line behind seven cars to be served. So I knocked on the door I realize that this door was locked seeing that no one came to the door so I drive around to the other side in the rain knocked on the door on the other side of the entry doors. I saw all the workers in the kitchen working the security officer was standing in the lobby and there was I believe two people sitting at the table in the lobby no one open the doors this was approximately 4:30p in the afternoon I'm still not understanding why the doors are not locked to customers that wanted to dine in. So I even called on the phone to see if someone would pick up and let me know what is going on why are the doors locked why are you not serving anyone inside of the restaurant. After five rings it went to voicemail and no one picked up the phone. Unfortunately I didn't get to enjoy Burger King this evening. I would recommend that all stay away from this location.
