I have been coming to this place before 2nd location this place is going down hill the prices high as hell and service is at least a 3 if the Lil girl that take orders not being rude wayyy to much garlic in cabbage food be cold this place use to be really really good don't know what happened

The food was amazing! An authentic cuisine, lovely atmosphere and great customer service. Our waiter, Durelle, was attentive and kind. I enjoyed my Sunday dinner here which consisted of oxtails, peas & rice, and broccoli which I substituted instead of the cabbage.

I want to take the time to thank the hostess, the servers and the bartenders for a GREAT experience on April 30, 2024.It was my Line 14th Deltaversary and What a Time had! No complaints with the food. . The food came out fresh, hot and tasty. The drinks were on point. It was 25 of us that were served. The entertainment was great as well. I went to SORORITY meeting and others were asking about our experience because we had a ball according to the LIVE and ?. Again, I thank Lorna's and everyone who served us because it was a night to remember. There was a manager or overseer, who was on point for us as well. I've been going to Lorna's since it opened and will bring more who haven't experienced the vibe.

We set a reservation for a Sunday in April and we also received a confirmation email the day before. However, upon arrival, we were just being notified of a "private" event that closed the restaurant for the day. Instead of contacting us to advise of the closure, BEFORE WE ARRIVED, they simply looked at our confirmation and turned us away. I understand that things change and bookings get filled but to not let a party of TEN know of a closure of the ENTIRE establishment BEFORE we arrived, is terrible customer service. I'll be sure to never be a patron and warn others of your reservation practices. No apology from the manager either. Disgusting.

I drove 1 hour and 56 minutes to try this restaurant. Only to get there to be met with very poor service and the food definitely did not taste as appealing as it looks on here.Once seated no one came to take our order. My son politely asked the hosted if they forgot about us. The table in front of us, came after us and their order was taken immediately. After witnessing the staff just hanging out around the bar. Finally a young lady approaches our table grudgingly to take our order. After having our order taken people were seated at the table behind us who were approached immediately for their orders. After a good 45 minutes or more we still have not received our food, the table behind us on the other hand did. I have never been so disappointed in my life by a restaurant establishment. Big up to your marketing team they make your restaurant look wayyyy more appealing and advertising than it truly is. They had the audacity to add an 18% gratuity as if…….don’t waste your time and money #dontbelievethehype #poorcustomerservice #horriblecustomerservice #foodnasty #foodwasold

Came here as a tourist for the jazz concert and needed something good and flavorful to eat. The food ambience and service were good.I was only in Florida for 3 days and I ended up eating here everyday. Since I couldn't find anything near the stadium that looked good. (Once at the table and twice at the bar...Bar service is quicker)Side notes: The food could be a little spicier but I think they play it safe for the tourist and They could have more vegetarian options. I do enjoy fish every now and then. But I had to eat it everyday since there was no other option.Also I noticed when I sat at he table the bartender was also our waiter (reason why I chose to sit at the bar my last 2 days) our waiter was nice but he seemed annoyed at times understandable so because he was being overworked.But other than that I was happy and would visit again.

This was truly a joy. I was with a large party, but the service was excellent. Everyone commented on the amazing flavor of the meals. I had jerk wings and it was outstanding. Definitely on the must visit list when in Miami.
