My visit to the bakery with my family left a lot to be desired due to an unpleasant experience I witnessed. During our stay, I noticed that employee Maylin Cruz flatly refused to give a receipt to a customer who had spent around $80 on her purchase. What made this situation more frustrating was the rudeness with which he addressed the customer, abruptly telling him that due to the cash payment, they would not provide a receipt.The man in question left the bakery visibly upset, and I can understand his frustration, since all customers deserve respectful service and proper documentation of their purchases. This experience left me with a negative impression of the bakery and makes me hesitate to return in the future. Employee Maylin Cruz's customer treatment and lack of professionalism should be addressed to improve the quality of service at this establishment.

My experience at the bakery was disappointing in several ways. Firstly, the numbers in the business were not up to date, which made it difficult to know the cost of the products. Additionally, I encountered an employee named Mayelin Cruz, who was extremely rude and dismissive after I made my purchase and handed over a $100 bill. He refused to provide me with a receipt which is unacceptable.The most concerning thing was that, instead of addressing my concerns in a professional manner, employee Mayelin had a dispute with several customers at the same time, demonstrating a complete lack of respect. What's even more disturbing is that he stated that he didn't care about losing his job since he had his entire family here, which shows a lackadaisical attitude towards the quality of customer service.Worst of all, when I tried to get the owner's phone number to report this incident, I was denied. Overall, my experience at this bakery was highly unsatisfactory and unpleasant due to unprofessionalism, rudeness, and refusal to address customer concerns. I cannot recommend this place to others due to these negative experiences.

maylin sanchez was very disrespectful and argued with my family. they are taking long to attend aswell. while argue she said she did not care about her job to get her fired since she does not care. she tried to fight my family member aswell. we tried to get the managers information but none of them would provide it. truly disappointed in their behavior and it's truly disgusting.

This bakery used to be so great and it has been on a complete decline. The pastries are stale every time we've gone over there. The Cuban bread is fine and I guess that what they sell the most so it's fresh. But the pastries yuck. Old, stale and the meat inside is all burned from being reheated so many times I guess. There isn't any love in their food anymore. Sad because this bakery was awesome a few years back and it was always full. Now not so much.
