Hit-and-miss on fresh bread and fresh cookies. Hit-and-miss also on sandwich contents being adequate In quantity.New employee doesn't seem to care how many people are waiting in line on a Saturday morning. Same speed, does not greet anyone who walks in . I hope things change there soon I used to go there quite a bit.
