I went to TopGolf in San Antonio Texas and got hooked automatically. So I was excited to try the Miami Gardens location close to my house. There is a location in Doral which is an option, but I wanted to avoid the traffic heading south. After my experience today at the Miami Gardens location, I would rather sit in turnpike traffic for one hour in each direction than go to this location again. It took the server 45 minutes to attend us and the only reason she served us is that we had to hunt her down. Once she served us I would say that her personality was as appealing as drinking a milkshake full of sewing needles. I will say that the manager was very friendly and receptive to my complaint. Hopefully when I go to the Doral site it will be a better experience.

I’ve been here twice now with about 6 of us, the service is our biggest complaint. Both times it felt like we were inconveniencing our waiters. Other than that the place is very nice and the food is solid.

We loved it!! The super friendly service for people who arrive for the first time, gives you all the information and recommends that you play first, another plus point is that the food has a very good price so while you play you can eat something and the truth is that the food tastes very good.

This is my first time at top golf and it was pretty great. The atmosphere was amazing and the service was great too. I was in a large group for a birthday celebration and our waiter, Shamar, was just amazing. He has a great energy, is very cheerful and helped take a few photos of our large group. He was so patient and took his time to take care of us all. I did come across some other waiters that weren't as great and patient but that's okay because Shamar did amazing and made my first time at Top Golf a great one. Thank you, Shamar!!
Employees are rude and disrespectfull.I wanted to give a 18% tip on my bill and they never came back to give me my change.When I asked for my change they started screaming at me because I was not patient.Apparently they need to go the safe to grab a $2 changeTheif and rude

The person at the front had a facial expression of Ms grumpy. The person at the front should be the one with a smile ? The price of top golf went up too from $45 to $54 recently which hey let's keep raising everything why not lol but there is no other concept like top golf that I know of and because of that the atmosphere gets a five star. The first time I experienced top golf it was super cool. Go hit some balls

I like this place for the activity and setting. Fun for beginners as well. Only worth the price when it’s at its cheapest rates. Avoid weekend evenings as it can get pricey. They have a very nice venue but pricing is sketchy and confusing at times. Price fluctuates depending on availability. Displayed prices don’t mention the fluctuating booking fee they charge. Why call it a booking fee? It’s not a third-party taking the reservation, it’s Topgolf so why the deception? And careful with the check. I hate when they expect a tip on the whole amount that includes the food and beverage AND the bay rental. I don’t think I should have to tip 20% on the activity. The activity can be as high as $200 for 2 hours with all those ‘hidden’ fees. I felt I had to separate the food and beverage and tip on that portion only. You will have lots of fun but your wallet will be lighter when you leave.
