Zero customer service. The manager has a very bad attitude. I went with my mom and she is allergic to spicy we asked first and the manager told us nothing is spicy. When my mom tried the food the food was spicy and we told her the issue and she tell us to wait. We had to wait more than 15 min because it was a line of people. This is zero customer service, and then we ask for the money back and she told us no and that we still have to wait because there were more people in line. This is ridiculous , first of all you need to be fire since you don’t have the experience not even the professionalism to work with customer. Do not go here, the food is very spicy if you have a medical condition do not go here.

I've been a loyal customer of Cantina and have always had wonderful experiences there, thanks to the delicious food and the friendly staff. However, during my recent visit today, I witnessed an unfortunate incident where the staff was treated poorly by some unruly customers. Despite this, the manager, remained composed and handled the situation admirably. It saddened me to see such mistreatment, but I still appreciate the excellent service and food at cantina. I hope this was an isolated incident, and the management continues to support their staff through challenging situations.

Xochimex does a great job…Of furthering the stereotype that Miami doesn’t have any decent Mexican food. We walked in and the place was almost completely empty. The ordering process was awkward at best . The woman (and what seemed like her son) behind the counter appeared to have just started there 5 minutes ago and had very little idea what was going on. I asked if they had corn tortillas and you would have thought I asked them for the meaning of life. The chicken was bland, the guacamole was like an avocado smoothie, and the tortillas were the opposite of fresh. They played horrible Reggaeton videos off of YouTube. Tried to order a Mexican coke which was listed on the menu and they looked at us like we were in Greece. Apparently they don’t do that thereThe fact this place is a chain is astounding. Xochimex has spread through this community similar to a virus and honestly I’m so relieved I didn’t get food poisoning because the ambiance of the place made me feel like that was extremely possible.AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!Also, any place that parades as a Mexican establishment that doesn’t have Horchata should be banned on general principle.

I love the food in this place. Tastes great and portions are huge. What upsets me about this particular location is they can’t figure out their hours of operation. Google says 9pm. The door says 10pm. And I’ve arrived twice before 8:30 and their employees have door locked saying they close at 8. Frustrating.

Food order was incorrect (ordered a steak burrito and it came as a bowl, no wrap). It was also quite disgusting I only had a few bites, there’s a nasty bitter taste, and the meat looked horrible too.

This place is great. I stopped in for a quick bite. I had never tried it before and really enjoyed it. The decor inside is very nice and there's a lot to look at. You get to pick from a variety of food to try and watch it get prepared right in front of you. They offer lots of sauces and toppings so you can customize your meal just how you like it. You can choose from burritos, tacos, bowls, or nachos. The food has a very fresh taste with lots of Mexican flavors. I tried a burrito and it was made quickly. It was large enough to share and came with tortilla chips. This is a great place for a quick stop or even to take out. I would eat here more often if I lived nearby.

Came for dinner and was not disappointed. The nachos are huge, rice bowl a substantial size and the quesadilla very tasty! The only improvement would be the fish tacos. They had a taste of being cooked in grease that needed to be changed. Not bad, just not as tasty as the rest of the meal. Restaurant is located in a strip shopping center

One of the best tex mex places in south fl. Tortillas are made fresh from dough in house. Ingredients are always fresh and hot. The flavor is always there. Guacamole is a little smoother than I prefer but tastes amazing. Only Draw back are the corn chips tend to not be that good/ sometimes lacking freshness but the array or salsa make up for it 5 stars every time

This is the WORST tex mex food Ive ever bought. We ordered a chicken bowl, guacamole and pork tacos through Uber eats. The guacamole tastes stale and watered down, just gross. The “garlic aioli” they offer is just pure mayonnaise. The rice beans toppings and chicken were all tasteless AND the cherry on top was finding hair on my food. Absolutely gross.
Mold on A/C vents and the tortilla maker has not been cleaned since the day they opened … managed by pigs

The grill was so nasty as if the it was not cleaned from ages. They had the secondary grill but it was not used.Coming to food it was worse. They stuffed my quesadilla so badly that it was looking like a tortilla salad.The management needs to train the staff properly.

2 for 25, You cant go wrong!! We always loved this special!! Glad to see it still exists. It was a crowded night, but we were sat as soon as we walked in. The server was very attentive and very entertaining for the kids! The 2 for 25 ??

This spot is so very good and the food is extremely fresh and done Infront of you. They have so many ingredients and the best desserts. I like that you don't have to run to the bathroom after eating this food because the food is very fresh. They have the best chips and salsa. I also appreciate that this is very close to home and available at the best hours for me. Thanks ?
