The service is pretty great and everything. The review made by “Carlos S” is false and incorrect. Susanna is not the two ladies in the morning and neither was she pregnant he got the names mixed up and is going to get the wrong person in trouble. It’s hard dealing with people who are idiots like carlos.
Miami Lakes Dunkin doughnuts is very clean and friendly. Every time I've been there, the food was good, and the doughnuts were fresh. For me, that puts them at the front of the bunch. All Dunkin's are not created equally, but they are at the top of their class.

The Dunkin that I have been to with the most competent workers. The Cuban ladies that always take my order are competent, efficient and quick. Even when people are there, they keep it moving so it is not overly packed with people waiting because the ladies who take the order are competent and listen to you when you place your order.
