i had an accident happen now at this starbucks where a lady spilled her drink all over me, but the most sweetest worker named sarah was so attentive and so helpful to try and help us in cleaning the mess that was on my dress. she was so nice to us and gave her us towels to clean. thank you so much!

I was there with my daugther and nobody talk to us.I wait for 5 mins inside the store. Nobody looked at us, they turned their backs on us and never responded.to our service request and we withdrew never come back to this store again. ?
They're going to ruin your order and your coffee. Don't order from this "Starbucks" and go to a real one.

I am a customer of this starbuck, I go often to study with a couple of friends and sometimes I sit outside because it gets cold inside, but the other day they kicked us out at it was not even 8:30pm and they close at 9:00pm of the barista came outside and starter picking up the chair she asked us to get up which I responded to her don't you close at 9pm she said yes but they started to pick up the chairs, it was not only me there were other customers there too. I go often to this starbuck and they walk around and they tell you we close in 10 but not kicked you out 30 min before.It was really disappointing. I guess I would have to find a different Starbucks, if you close at 9pm you get cut out half hour before. It was really rude.Also lately they take for ever to prepare an order, I have waited more than 30 min to get my coffee , sometimes I have to walk up and ask what's going on, and because of the terrible service they even end up preparing double orders.

This used to be such a great Starbucks, with excellent service. However, over the past couple of years the quality of service has been abysmal. The staff are nice, but I just don't think they can manage their time accordingly to get people in and out effectively. I think it's time they either try a new management style or amp up employee training. Each time you visit it feel like you're waiting 30+ minutes whether it be in the drive through or in store. Also, when I've ordered in store they've forgotten about my order numerous times.
