This is such a bad customer service. If you're doing a pick up order, why would you have to do the long line to get inside? This is completely ridiculous. There's no sense into doing online orders to pick them up.

What is the point of ordering and paying online if this place makes you waiting in line outside for over half and hour just to go inside anyway to pickup your purchases!! It had to be Hialeah!! Does anyone speak English in here??

With the corona virus on the rapid rise in the US, why is it that walmart employees are yet to get sneeze guards! Worker's health is at risk, COME ON WALMART its not about just making money. Have some respect for your worker's health. Presidente supermarket has done great in protecting it's workers. What happen to Walmart, a big multinational corporation. Step up to the plate!!

Whenever I come to this Walmart I always have to park my car really far away from all the other vehicles because people throw shopping carts at your vehicle while your not around, especially if you have a newer vehicle. I have had my vehicle damaged twice at this same Walmart, the first time I had only been inside the store for like 30 minutes and someone left some deep scratches on the two drivers side doors on my car that were pretty deep (I'm not sure if it was a shopping cart or if someone keyed my vehicle but the scratches need body shop work to get repaired because they wouldnt rub off). The second time that my vehicle was damaged I had gone inside to buy groceries and the car that was parked next to me was gone when I came out but they threw their shopping cart against the fender of my car after putting their groceries in their vehicle so they scratched up the paint on my car with a shopping cart. I had no choice but to park next to another vehicle because the parking lot was full. Now what I do to avoid my car getting damaged at this Walmart is that I park all the way in the last parking spot away from everyone else at least that way if someone wants to be a j*** and come scratch my car they have to inconvenience themselves by walking all the way to the last parking space in the parking lot.

2 hours for an Oil change.when i dropped off my car for an oil change there was 2 vehicles in front for also an oil change..technicians waist too much time walking,and socializing with others.I waited 2 hours just for an Oil change that it only takes less that 15 minutes. Worse place if you want an oil change or to service your vehicle here.

I love this Walmart...Walmart is Walmart is Walmart .no frills, but cheap cheap cheap..what's not to like??? I get my gas here as super cheap and on my way to work, and then I pop into the store to get plenty of my regular staples here on a week to week basis. Always plenty of parking, always plenty of carts. Aisle are never blocked from stockers and it runs smoothly. I also always use the self serve to pay, and there is never a huge wait. Fruit n veg is nearly always fresh and decent. I LOVE their pastries...so cheap at 58 cents (I think) a piece...especially the coconut ones, And my daughter craves their guava and cheese ones. NOTE though, they run out at the end of the day, so hit in the am! They also sell Wrangler and Levi clothes for men on a regular basis for 19.99 a piece for a pair of jeans. If you love a bargain and love saving money...then go here! Also to be noted I have NEVER had an issue on returns.

*0 STARS *This Walmart is completely empty for reason, 24hrs full of the worst customer service in my life!!! Rude, nasty!! I am Hispanic and I warn you do not come here if you speak English you will be treated as a minority, highly offended how the group of only Spanish speaking employees would talk trash about my husband in Spanish behind his back. All employees were like zoo animals, me and my children were honestly afraid to even ask an employee a question here with their bad attitudes like we were bothering them! Don't come here ever better yet this place needs to be shut down!!! Horrible horrible horrible!!!!

This is the worst walmart center customer service... people waiting in line for long long time and only 2 cashiers who dont seem to know how to solve issues and keep sending customers back and forth.... they dont seem to care about people waiting in line and also skip other customers including a co-worker... been standing in line as #4 for 27 minutes now

This place is insane. Avoid this place if you have a choice. There are so many people all over, standing in the middle of the isle on their phone. Kids everywhere running around. lol. The workers are literally sitting on their phones instead of helping people in the self check out. This place is a mad house.
ALERT: LUCKY I HAVE TO SELECT A STAR: when you buy a tv at Walmart on 9300 NW 97th Ave Hialeah, FL 33016 make sure you open the tv box at the store to make sure it's the TV you paid for. They are scamming people and putting other TVs in the box and not accepting the return! Corporate, Police, BBB has been reported

Ugh. I'm not a fan. This is the Walmart I try to avoid at all costs. This location is always full of people. Parking is a war zone. Getting in and out is a near impossibility. Apparently though from the last time I went years ago, they installed some self check-out lines, so there is some hope. That said, this location is 24/7 and offers a lot of amenities. You have a nail salon, a pharmacy, a Churromania, and even a Sergio's to name a few.

I went this morning before work. I had to get a few quick things. I walk in and say good morning to everyone. 90% don't even smile back. Then I go to pay at a register and the man collecting money tells me go to the next one. So I went to the next line and the guy comes to that lane when it's my turn and is going to count money again before helping me out now the other register has a line and the one I'm in (that they told me to go to) has to count money too. Had to go to ANOTHER lane to check out. Took longer to pay then to find what I needed. Walmart's employees are the word. Pay them better and get decently nice employees not some lady telling me too bad we have to count money here too.

Was told it would be 3 hours to change ONE tire that I purchased at the store. No one was working in the whole auto mechanic part, which is probably why.
