Food is spectacular! You would not think that a hotel restaurant is very fancy but this is a gourmet restaurant very high end presentation. Apologies I do not have anymore pictures we were super hungry and I forgot.
What fabulous dining and cocktail experience. The cocktails Yuri made were delicious and unique with a local flair. The food was outstanding. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The service we received from Yuri was simply outstanding. We only come in to Miami about once a year but we will be sure we stay here at the EB so we can dine and drink here and enjoy the fantastic hospitality!

I haven't had a chance to dine yet but the airport pickup, check In desk, and bar service was great! I just love Yuri at the bar energy and welcoming spirit! Everything so far has been great. I will do another review after my hotel inspection. So far so good!
