It's a nice but old building, very well maintained and managed!! The garage always smells like your favorite grill, so it reminds you of all the nice restaurants in the vecinity. Publix right across the street and a Cuban market a block away with ready to go food too!! A free (yes,, in Miami) parking lot behind the building. Very nice!!
The staff here is incredibly nice. They made living here for four years much better. The location is great. Right in front of Margaret Pace Park and close to the Metromover. Apartments are spacious.

Valet parking really aggresive, they thinks they're the owners of the building.7 open spots, I was the only one waiting and they made me move while waiting for some one to.come downstairs, I was within the posted "15 minutes rule".
