Very rude employee at 12am saturday closed store early with 10 people outside , he told us he would call the police if we didnt leaveAgain tonight monday october 2 2023 same employee closed store thats 24 hrs openAlso never prepared snacks at anytime.

To the OWNER fire your manager get one that matters one that’s gonna make a difference and get things right. I come here every day, waste money and it’s just a waste of time and money. This place should just be closed down. The employees are awful. Nothing is ever right and the person in charge must not be doing a great job, because everything is still screwed up every single day I had to come in and listen to this annoying beeping that never freaking ends because nobody does something about the beeping close this store down it’s awful!!!!!

Very insensitive place. A few minutes ago the girl in the counter told me I couldn’t warm up my lunch. I was shocked. I told her I was a courier with a nationwide Corporation and always use 7eleven without any problem. She told me That it was per her manager and that every location was different. Sadly she spoke to me without any kindness whatsoever. She just didn’t care. I regret she told me that right after I full up my company car tank with their gas. I would have take my business some place else. Always took pride in 7eleven service to us drivers. I hope they change cause I see lot of bad review on fairly new place.

You think when you walk into an establishment like 7-11, that you would get a Hello or a Good Evening, nope! Have an employee with their back turned screaming "I'm closed for the next 10-15 minutes". Some rude, onery people!

The service is the worst, they don't fully understand that it is a service station, the vendors serve you with a bad face and a bad mood, they don't provide the bathroom and you have to leave your bag at the entrance, you can't heat your food in the microwave

I really do not recommend this place since it is not a pleasant stop here, very bad Attention and they have a policy not to provide the bathroom to the public, something that if I use this stop to relax and refresh myself I will not be able to do it, with a man who I thought he was the manager but with what he told me "if you see that we don't provide the bathroom why do you come here" and with that answer he made me understand that he is not a manager, much less an owner, I saw him as just another employee... . This problem has been going on for a long time, so I went 6 months ago and they didn't provide the bathroom, they told him it was out of order and now the same problem continues a couple of days ago, so it's not worth going there.

I have been a member with seven eleven since I knew it existed. The manager at this location was extremely rude to her employees in front of guests I am a manager and there is absolutely no need to yell at employees and repeat the same directive over and over we all heard what she needed from them the first three times I would have a very hard time working for her and I personally apologized to her employees for the way she spoke to them very unprofessional you can have a quick team leading meeting when there are no customers give them the direction you want to go towards and go from there. If they do not follow your direction after that then that would be another one on one conversation you can have with them in private. Guests do not need to hear all of that especially the fact over and over about expired product on shelf just makes us want to go elsewhere

First time in my life that they close the store today at 1:30 p.m. 20 minutes and I didn't even open it to go to the bathroom, a 78-year-old old lady got wet from all the rainwater because they wouldn't let her in. They just let a dark-haired man in, they can look at the cameras, this is for the owners, that's the rating that I give less than one star because the system can last 5 minutes 3 minutes, what they did not want to work and collect today
