cute little place , service was spectacular . OH MY GOD THE VEGGIE TACOS WERE AMAZING! they tempurad palmitos!!! how yummy! also the apps we got were delicious everything was lovely. in passing conversation we had mentioned to the waiter it was some one in our parties birthday and unprompted at the end of our meal they brought out a free slice of flan. it was so thoughtful.

Love the variety of the tacos and quality of food! In addition good drinks for happy hour! Great value to happy hour time though 2nd drinks was regular. Great ambiance and excellent service, However it was kinda tricky that service charge, tip was based on price prior to after hour discount. So gave 22% tip, and include when I got home and look at the bill closely it ended up 27% . Overall it was still a positive experience ?

Aida Mexican Restaurant rocks with awesome guacamole to start. The tacos are crazy good, I recommend getting the Baja fish tacos. Their Churros con Cajeta dessert is the bestttttt! Those churros are one of the best churros I’ve ever tasted!!

Food: delicious & definitely recommend. I have the whole fish that was butterflied. Chef kiss. The inside had great decoration and had such a vibe. Service: TERRIBLE. Let me explain. I don't like giving bad reviews. We called in a last min reservation for 8:45. We show up at our reservation time and he tells us to wait 5-10 mins no problem. Then 30 mins later he tells us oh our big tables are done eating but they are sitting a talking. & one party started late. Mind you he agreed and confirmed this reservation over the phone. So that super frustrating that we are waiting at this point. He offered us to sit us at the bar but we had a party of 10 so we just agreed to wait outside which was fine because there was a bench. And we had kids with us. So towards the end he offered us to comp us drinks. So we end up waiting and hr and he was hiding inside because he couldn't let a table know that he had confirmed a reservation and there is a table time limit. A lot of restaurants usually set a limit for the table due to other reservations. So we get through the whole dinner and pay. Then my husband asks for the receipt and the guy didn't want to print it and my husband insisted. We looked over the receipt to see nothing compared or any kind of discount for the error and making us wait an hr and knowing he made us wait. This is just very upsetting and not good customer service at all. Especially since he agreed that for apologizing for the wait time because we gave them a look and expressed our frustration of waiting when we were told we would be seated

Beyond disappointed. We have dinner reservations for 845pm we get seated at 940pm. As many times as the host came to apologize, it didn't change the fact our party of 10 waited for an hour after our reservation was made. The service was sub par, our waiter was an older fella that had no urgency in helping. I would have thought the host or an additional waiter would have accommodated us to make up for the terrible first impression. And one would think that after this terrible management of time on their end with regard to reservation time, they would have maybe comped at least a drink... nope nothing. Literally can't believe how negligent their staff is. Customer service 1/5. Food 2/5. Ambiance 4/5. I think next time we will go across the street to KoKo instead.

The ambiance was nice last night for dinner. Food was tasty although a bit pricy for what we got. Apparently they were short handed. We were a table for two and there were some larger groups that seemed to get all the attention. We had to almost beg for more water, and when two sets of tacos were brought to the table, the server didn't explain which was which so we had to guess. Aside from that, it was a great experience. Parking was convenient as well with a lot nearby.

I really don't know how to start this review, I have no words to describe how fascinated and how incredible this place is.The combination between seafood and Mexican food is from another world, all their products are completely fresh and cooked to order. But the desserts take the biggest prize. The atmosphere of the place is warm, cozy and super clean. If you go to this place Mauricio will be in charge of explaining everything about the menu and answering any questions.

Very good Mexican restaurant in coconut grove. Came with my girlfriends on Friday after work and wasn't busy, but got busier as the night went on. The staff were all super nice, friendly and attentive. The food was good, got tacos which were a good size, loved the salsa for the table, and the desserts were delicious- both the churros and flan, which when done right are delicious, and these were done right. Would definitely recommend to try.

I recently had the opportunity to dine at this restaurant, without taking into account the positive reviews it had received. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations. Firstly, I found the restaurant to be quite pricey considering the quality of the food they offered. The taste of the dishes was below average, and it even left me feeling unwell the following day. I couldn't determine if the tuna used in the tacos was fresh or not, which was concerning. Moreover, I felt that the food was overpriced for what it was. As a result, I do not plan on returning to this restaurant in the future.

The place is beautiful and in a great location. I was not impressed by the food and it took really long to come out. Both my husband and I ordered burgers, they were ok, mostly expensive for what it was. Service was a bit slow there was only 1 server on the floor so things took longer. Maybe I'll give it a chance later but not super impressed.

Went here for the 1st time. Cool space. Friendly people working there. Good food. We got the lunch special which is $30 but comes with soup, salad, main+side, and a dessert. I was stuffed and had to take home some food. Woukd go again.
