Alejandra cakes was amazing! I ordered a pina de torta for my grandmother’s 84th birthday yesterday a last minute request and Alejandra was able to fill in late request and exceeded are expectations! My grandmother loved her cake she had 3 pieces and said it’s the best cake she has ever had and I agree with Abuela! Thank you so much Alejandra! Can’t wait to order from you again! Everyone raved about the beautiful cake decorations (Elmo and Big Bird!) and more importantly the delicious Nutella filling in between the perfect vanilla cake layers. Alejandra is the absolute best! I had less than a week to prepare everything for a birthday party. I saw her reviews and I took a chance. To say that I was astonished at how absolutely beautiful the cake came out, is an understatement. She communicated with me the entire time, and even made arrangements so I can pick up the cake earlier. She will be doing all of my cakes from now on.
