Food and service were incredible! I had the chef special, the burratta, the Truffle risotto, and the ceviche. All phenomenal. The Truffle Risotto was a little on the oiler side but cooked to perfection. We also had the affogato and the teramisu. Both were delicious, but the affogato was phenomenal.

Pasta was delicious and the pasta menu itself was unique. The fish was fresh and perfectly cooked.Service was very professional. The place itself is tucked away nicely and makes you feel like you are in an backstreet of a European town

One of my favorite hidden backyard type of Italian bistros in downtown Miami. Service was fast and attentive. Everything was amazing with the dishes. Even just a side of simple tomato salad was delicious. Highly recommended for a date night or friends gatherings. Both indoor and outdoor sittings.

What a beautiful evening at this restaurant. We had dinner outside. It was quiet, we didn't think we were in downtown Miami!!!The service was impeccable. The servers are smiling and attentive. The food. Wow!!! I ate the artichoke and pistachio ravioli. It was a real delight. Dessert was vanilla fudge and gelato. We enjoyed ourselves.

The food was pricey. Their website says free parking on premises, there was none. They charge for table water. Please check your check. We were charged twice for a dessert. Luckily, we caught it and had it changed to one.

Our second visit to Alloy. Just as good as the first.Arianism an excellent server and very engaging. Pasta and seafood cooked to perfection. The setting is secluded off a busy street but very private. Highly recommend!

I regret to say that my recent visit to Alloy Bistro was a profound disappointment. As someone who consistently leaves positive or even glowing reviews, I cannot in good conscience overlook the misstep that occurred during my meal.Upon alerting the staff to the presence of a bug in our meal (photos attached) instead of a sincere apology or an attempt to rectify the situation, we were met with accusations. To our astonishment, the management had the audacity to insinuate that we had planted the insect ourselves, as if we would sabotage our own dining experience for what can only be described as sheer absurdity.Thankfully, as a food blogger, I had snapped some pre-meal photos, providing clear evidence that the bug was indeed a kitchen mishap. Despite this, the staff persisted in their accusations, which felt incredibly disrespectful. To make matters worse, rather than trying to make things right, they kept sending more food to our table – despite us making it abundantly clear that we weren't interested. It felt like they were more focused on covering up the mistake than addressing it.So, while I usually enjoy singing praises to all of the restaurants I visit, this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. Their lack of accountability and dismissive attitude toward customers is something I can't overlook. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work to improve their service.

Update (2/25):The business owner replied to my original review below doubling down on his accusation that I planted a bug on my plate, which is quite remarkable.I kindly encourage him to look at the picture I posted, which was taken before the meal by a food blogger I was dining with, where you can clearly see the bug there directly after being served.I also encourage him to consider the possibility that it was difficult to discern a green stinkbug amidst a sea of similarly colored fennel in a dimly lit setting, and that it was not until later in my meal when the large legs and shell of the bug contrast against the white plate that I was able to notice that there had been a bug marinating in my meal the entire time.Original Review (2/25):Food was generally OK, and ambience was nice, but frankly was stunned at how inconsiderate and disrespectful management was, not to mention bugs in my food.On one of the last bites of my meal I found a very large bug - pointed it out to the waitress (who was very nice), who then showed the manager. The manager said she personally inspected the meal beforehand and that I was lying, and went so far as to actually accuse me of planting the bug.One of the individuals I was with had happened to take a picture of the meal beforehand and sure enough if you zoom in (pictures attached), there it is - a large, rather healthy looking green stinkbug, legs sticking out, resting alongside the fennel after likely enjoying its last meal minutes ago on my plate in the kitchen.Had the manager simply apologized I would’ve moved on and not thought much of it, but the fact she and her co-manager were not conciliatory, questioned my integrity, and only took $26 off a $400+ meal assures I will never be coming back, and will be sure to tell everyone I know in Miami the same.In the meantime I’ll look for more bugs to bring to restaurants, because apparently that’s a thing.

Had a lovely evening. A taste of Italy in the hustle and bustle of downtown Miami made even better by Maria who made us feel at home and added a personal touch. I recommend this place to anyone visiting Miami who are looking for an authentic Italian experience!

Phenomenal! Every single dish was cooked amazingly and was flavorful. The staff was on top of everything, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Highly recommend the octopus, the ravioli with pistachio dough, and the cheesecake! A must try restaurant.
