The food was absolutely amazing! I ordered a Mango margarita from the bar 30 minutes later. The bartender tried to hand me a lime margarita on the rocks, he remade it and the it was the most disgusting drink ever. No Mano taste, it tasted like dirty frozen water.

Service was great I went march 18 forgot the gentleman name but he was very nice and professional suggested my cocktail which was amazing “honey , im home “ great spot for drinks the food was terrible and very expensive I never complained about prices but the portion and taste wasn’t matching the price I been to other places and had better i definitely do not recommend the food service and vibes was great

I came here on vacation to visit my friends and some family. I was taken care of by Anais the bartender. She went above and beyond to make my experience. Her drinks were top notch and she even offered to take photos of me and my friends. Service was 5 stars! I will be recommending area 31 to all of my friends and family members in the Miami area because of Anais exceptional hospitality!

The Scottish salmon is very crispy and delicious. The downtown view is gorgeous. Not many tables can see the ocean directly. You have to request in advance.
I came in for date night with my partner & I could honestly say I’d never come back here ever. The environment was not welcoming at all, the views were nice but that’s it. If you’re looking for a good meal this place is not it. The food was extremely mediocre. We had a wagyu tomahawk & it was nasty first of all & it didn’t even come out hot. You would think that getting one of the most expensive dishes, it would be presented nicely. Not even. The service was very slow and not attentive at all. The server seemed like he was in a rush to leave the table every single time he approached us. Paid $400+ for bad food and bad service, never coming here again even if it was free.
