Today my family and I went for a Valentine’s Dinner. We walked in and were seated immediately. All the ladies got roses (a sweet gesture) so we started off good. However, the moment we were seated you could tell that the staff was not trained properly and were disorganized. The manager kept speed walking from table to table correcting the staff.
