Gideon, Danny, and Kelly the managers were absolutely amazing. Seriously the best dining experience I've ever had. Made my friends and I feel like we were famous and genuinely cared about. The food and drinks were amazing and great prices. This is my new favorite restaurant. It's hard to find places like this in Miami

I stumbled upon Bartaco on the weekend while visiting coconut grove and I'm happy we chose to eat here. It's such a cute restaurant and the food was delicious! To start, you scan a QR code to view the menu options and you can place your order directly from your phone. The system they use provides different options such as choosing to pay for your own food or covering the bill for the table which is nice because you don't have to figure this out once you're done with the meal. After you've selected what you want the order is sent directly to the kitchen. The waitress was very friendly and checked in regularly to make sure everything was fine. The ambience was super nice, very cozy with nice lighting. They have a regular seating area and the option to sit at the bar with other seating options facing the window looking out to the street. The tacos were delicious! My favorite was the glazed pork belly which was recommended by our waitress. I also tried the grilled abodo pineapple and spiced chicken verde tacos. We ordered a guacamole for the table which was really good as well!

Beautiful place with a really fun atmosphere! I went primarily because of the unique architecture and interior design, (took a lot of photos haha) but the staff and food was lovely as well, and I'd be happy to come again.

Came in for a girls happy hour and we had a wonderful time! We sat at the bar and our bartender was very attentive, knowledgeable and had great customer service! The ambiance is very chill taco vibes and the margs are definitely worth it! In terms of food everything has an underlying spice factor so if your someone who can't handle spice be sure to ask before ordering! The tacos are small but very filling and pack a good punch of flavor! The baja fish taco was definitely a stand out for me! Also if you're not a margs person the sangria is a great option! Overall perfect for happy hour and perfect for a girls night.

Me and my girlfriend came to bartaco expecting service but no one came to us the only server who took care of us was Keisha and I had to say I thought our night would've turned out horrible due to no one attending us but Keisha made our night worth staying she was so understanding with our frustration and handle it very well she recommended a lot of unique items and made us feel welcomed if you do go to bartaco ask for the server Keisha

I called the place and no one on the phone could tell me exactly what the happy hour deal was. Is there cheaper drinks or food available?The staff were very friendly and tried really hard to make our experience the best. The drinks were good and the food tasty. In particular we likes the cerviche. However we went there during happy hour and there were no seats at the bar. Apparently happy hour is only happy at the bar! We spend $100+ on 2 drinks and some food. The tacos sound like good value but are tiny. We also waited at least 10 minutes for a drink to be delivered. This place needs to offer it's clients a decent,fun , affordable happy hour or it will not survive.

Please try to get there early or call before ahead of time because we waited 1 hour and 40 mins for our table- maybe because it was Spring Break, but just so your aware. Drinks- The drinks were okay, but they had so much lime. I felt like i kept sucking on the pulp half the time, and my limes kept getting stuck under my straw. Food- The esquite was delicious! We ordered 2, but the guacamole for the chips were a bit too spicy and I couldn't enjoy them. The tacos were also so small...... and too spicy. The spice was too over powering. Ambiance- Great choices for music! But the music was so loud I had to talk yelling at my friend for her to hear me the whole night. Please lower the music a little. The servers were super on point with coming to our table as soon as we needed them.

I love Mexican food. I only started going to this place somewhat recently. A bit out of the way compared to other places but worth the money and worth coming back for more. I'm not only coming back because of the food but also because of the ambiance. it was very relaxing, I love the green plants and the plain color of the place. So simple yet relaxing

Third time visiting this location! The service is amazing. The bartenders are on point and remembered us from the last time we were here. Super attentive and outgoing. They made the best spicy margaritas. The food is phenomenal. As appetizers we got the guac and salsa trio with the corn esquites. The tacos are small but filled with flavor. I would recommend having about 3-4 each. This time we tried the steak quesadilla and it was the best thing we had. So simple yet so delicious. The location is perfect. Set in the heart of coconut grove. They have a main bar as well as an upstairs bars and outdoor bar. They had a live band/dj outside in the courtyard with the 3rd bar. Very open space concept.
