The customer service in this location is poor sadly and after reading so many comments, I'm not the only one claiming it. Some employees are rude, no smile whatsoever. You're not allowed even to ask questions about the food bc they get impatient. I felt unwelcomed.

Great bakery! I always go to the both brickell locations. They offered great options. My favorites: the paninis ( tomatoes and mozzarella) Yesterday, we just had a piece of pizza and coffee for me ( of course).

Nice coffee place right on Brickell Avenue. Food is always fresh. They offer alternatives of milks for every vegan-tarian preference.I ordered a mozzarella and prosciutto sandwich. It was very large that you can split it between two or take it for later. Mozzarella was ok, prosciutto was better, they could enhance the flavor with more basil and more robust olive oil, however is a coffee shop not a gourmet restaurant.Decor is simple but nice lighting. Walls are covered with pictures of Kennedys' charities.Dietary restrictions: They have almond milk, soy, low fat or whole.Parking: City parking on the street. Almost always find a spot.

The staff is rude and doesn’t speak English. They always make you feel they’re doing you a favor. I go regularly and it’s common some days or hours they decide they don’t sell the baguettes. Poor kitchen planning, it’s the store’s responsibility to plan so they can properly sell what they advertise during all business hours. Not going back!
