The attention was horrible, I was standing in line with my daughter, the line was long and I told her I'm going to the bathroom and it turns out that the bathrooms have a code, I go back and ask the cashier and he tells me to ask the security. The security guy told me to ask the manager. I asked the manager and she told me that if I was going to buy, I told her of course that my daughter was waiting in line and she said ok until she shows me the receipt. What an absurd thing, my God, I decided not to buy because of that bad attitude. ?

I rarely review anything, but I ordered from this place on Uber Eats today, a chicken sandwich meal, which there were no fries and no drink in the delivery. I asked for no lettuce, and no onion, they did the complete opposite on everything. No sauce for the chicken fries..and Cold. Literally worst meal I’ve had in a long time… Get your stuff together BK…

This is important, they should change the security at the Burguer King in Brikell. That lady is older and mistreats the customers, and she throws out the people from the premises. What that security does is run around and mistreat the customers.

Very average quick-service option in a very busy area of Miami that offers FAR better dining options, but I'd a quick brger/fry is your desire this is available. My service was friendly, the wait time for food was reasonable, but the dining room was not at all properly clean. A big turn-off for me. A large sign on window advises option of sides including onion rings, but the person at register advised those are not available here. I would not return here, but I was in a short schedule at the moment.
